This Goon Thinks Transgender Grown Ass Men Should Be Called Women
President Donald Trump has re-nominated radical sexual identity activist Chai Feldblum, the architect of former President Barack Obama’s LGBT agenda, to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Feldblum is a nightmare of a nominee for those who value religious freedom, private property rights, and the science-based standard that there are two sexes – male and female. As Obama’s most liberal gender ideology activist, Feldblum has said that whenever LGBT issues conflict with religious liberty and private property rights, religious liberty and private rights should lose.
“When push comes to shove, when religious liberty and sexual liberty conflict, she admits, ‘I’m having a hard time coming up with any case in which religious liberty should win,’” Maggie Gallagher reported at the Weekly Standard in 2006, after interviewing Feldblum when the news broke that Catholic Charities in Boston would need to place adoptive children with same-sex couples in order to remain a licensed adoption agency.
Paul Mirengoff at Powerline first wrote of Trump’s re-nomination of Feldblum who, if confirmed, will serve until 2023. He explains:
The Trump administration hoped to smuggle Feldblum’s nomination through the Senate with minimal fuss. As we reported, and Newsweek confirmed, there was talk on the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee of getting her nomination through committee without a hearing, during “executive session.”
Mirengoff further observes, “It’s astonishing that a radical LGBT activist and Obama nominee who faced fierce resistance the first two times she was before the Senate was (is?) on the verge of being confirmed with virtually no fuss now that the White House and Senate are controlled by Republicans.”
Christian Adams at PJ Media notes the mysterious nature of Trump’s re-nomination of someone who would appear to be at odds with much of the president’s agenda:
Feldblum is the ideological architect of all of the most radical LGBTWHATEVER agenda items of the Obama presidency: transvestites in girls locker rooms, lawless expansion of federal employment oversight, you name it.
So why would Feldblum be renominated?
There is backstory on Feldblum that hasn’t been fully reported. All of the normal clearance and vetting procedures usually used for Senate-confirmed nominees were short-circuited. Her nomination was rushed through the Senate HELP Committee. Feldblum even bragged to some that her goal was to trick Republicans before they knew what was happening.
Currently, Democrats have a majority on the EEOC, and Republicans were reportedlyhoping to trade a confirmation of Feldblum for a confirmation of two Republicans to give the GOP the majority.
“It seems obvious that getting a GOP majority on the EEOC a couple of months early is not worth five more years of Chai Feldblum, plus the likelihood that she will become Chair of the Commission if Democrats win the presidency in 2020,” Mirengoff explains. “ It’s not even close.”
In an update, Mirengoff says he has confirmed that the Feldblum nomination has been “hotlined,” a situation in which “Senators are informed that unanimous consent will be sought to confirm a nominee … If no one objects, the nominee is confirmed.”
“In this case, I’m told, there are Republican Senators who intend not to consent, at least as things stand now,” he added.
The EEOC is one of those “independent” – read rogue – federal agencies created by Congress that exercises considerable power with no accountability to American citizens. The commission is not part of one of the three branches of government, yet still does its share of legislative, judicial, and executive decision-making. Actually operating as part of a “fourth branch of government,” the EEOC – in the parlance of Trump himself – is smack in the middle of “the swamp.”
Daniel Horowitz at Conservative Review observes Trump’s re-nomination of Feldblum “comes at a particularly dangerous time, as the EEOC is bringing a number of lawsuits encouraging the courts to enshrine the sexual identity agenda into Title IX of the Education Amendments and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.”
“She is the lead architect of Obama’s transgender agenda, mandating that schools and states bring one gender into private dressing rooms of the opposite gender,” Horowitz notes. “Under her tenure, the EEOC has codified the entire sexual alphabet soup agenda, including ‘sex stereotyping,’ into the Civil Rights Act without approval from Congress. An ‘independent’ agency, indeed!”
“More than 100 men” confirmed or suspected of being homosexual in the overwhelmingly Muslim Republic of Chechnya, an autonomous province within the Russian Federation, have been sent to a “concentration camp” where they are being tortured and killed, report various news outlets, citing the independent Moscow-based newspaper Novaya Gazeta and LGBT community activists.
“In Chechnya, the command was given for a ‘prophylactic sweep’ and it went as far as real murders,” reports the independent Russian opposition newspaper.
Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov, a key ally of Russian strongman Vladimir Putin, reportedly ordered the crackdown, a claim that his administration denies.
“You cannot arrest or repress people who just don’t exist in the republic,” Kadyrov spokesman Alvi Karimov told the Russian news agency Interfax.
“If such people existed in Chechnya, law enforcement would not have to worry about them since their own relatives would have sent them to where they could never return,” added the official from the administration of President Kadyrov, who introduced Islamic rule to Chechnya.
Novaya Gazeta notes that its report on the “mass detentions” of gay men in the Muslim-majority region has been confirmed by various sources, including officials from the autonomous region’s government and top law enforcement agency — the Federal Security Service (FSB).
According to the newspaper, “more than 100” gay men in Chechnya have already been detained at several camps where the prisoners are tortured, killed, or forced to promise to leave the Russian province.
Torture involves homosexuals being beaten several times a day, electrocuted, and forced to sit on bottles, reports Novaya Gazeta.
At least three homosexuals have been killed, it also notes, adding, “Our sources say that there are many more victims.”
The age of the homosexual victims ranges from as young as 16 to men in their 50s.
Novaya Gazeta reveals that authorities are finding the gay men with the help of relatives and even real estate agents who are likely “forced to put cameras in apartments and in this way get dirt on the victims.”
It adds that “honor killings,” described as “a measure that allows family members to wash away shame by killing the culprit of this shame,” remains widespread in Chechnya as in many other predominantly Muslim areas.
Tanya Lokshina, an official from Human Rights Watch in Moscow, told Daily Mail, “It is difficult to overstate just how vulnerable LGBT people are in Chechnya, where homophobia is intense and rampant. LGBT people are in danger not only of persecution by the authorities but also of falling victim to ‘honor killings’ by their own relatives for tarnishing family honor.”
While some English-language new agencies report that the gay men are being sent to a “concentration camp,” Novaya Gazeta says they authorities are holding them in various prison camps.
“Chechnya has opened the first concentration camp for homosexuals since Hitler, where campaigners say gay men are being tortured with electric shocks and beaten to death,” reports Daily Mail.
Some victims have managed to survive the brutal ordeal.
“Those who have escaped said they are detained in the same room and people are kept altogether [sic], around 30 or 40,” declared Svetlana Zakharova of the Russian LGBT Network told Daily Mail. “They are tortured with electric currents and heavily beaten, sometimes to death.”
Various pro-gay groups are reportedly trying to evacuate LGBT Chechens.
Human rights group Amnesty International has urged the Russia to investigate the allegations.
“Homosexuals in Chechnya are treated very harshly and prosecuted daily and they are afraid to talk about it,” Alexander Artemyev from Amnesty International in Russia told Daily Mail.
“They either have to hide or leave the republic,” also said Artemyev.
Consistent with the Islamic rules employed in many Muslim-majority countries, coming out as a homosexual is “tantamount to a death sentence” in the predominantly Muslim Republic of Chechnya, points out Novaya Gazeta.
Chechen President Kadyrov introduced Islamic rule in the region, notes Daily Mail.
Shariah law, the strict Islamic rules that govern all aspects of Muslim life, calls for the execution of people who engage in homosexual acts. The mandate is deeply ingrained in Shariah law and has been affirmed by various Muslim scholars. Shariah law draws on the Quran.
Out fear of being detained, some Chechen gay men shut down their social media accounts. Meanwhile, others took to the internet to warn other homosexuals about the threat despite the risk, notes Novaya Gazeta.
The New York Times reports that authorities use social media to lure gay men into dates and arrest them.
Chechen authorities have imprisoned gay men from all corners of the region’s society including “prominent, influential and [Muslim] religious leaders close to the head of the republic, as well as two well-known Chechen TV personalities,” reports Novaya Gazeta.
What happened to studying? Perverts want little boys to wear dresses.
Public pressure has forced far-left officials at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg school district (CMS) to withdraw a pro-transgender book for first-grade kids — but the officials are now mandating a book with a disguised version of the same pro-transgender message.
A teacher raised concerns about the transgender-validating book, Jacob’s New Dress, at a school board meeting. The book celebrates a young boy who wears dresses to school, and it stigmatizes boys who urge their peers to wear boys’ clothes. After lawmakers in Raleigh heard the concerns, the book was removed from the “anti-bullying” curriculum — but it was replaced with Red: A Crayon’s Story, which focuses on a red crayon that believes itself to be blue, reports WFXB.
But both books are included in the campaign known as Welcoming Schools by the LGBT advocacy group Human Rights Campaign, an effort to help elementary schools become “LGBTQ-inclusive” and “gender-expansive.”
According to the Amazon review, the Red: A Crayon’s Story book “can be read at any levels.” The review says:
Red has a bright red label, but he is, in fact, blue. His teacher tries to help him be red (let’s draw strawberries!), his mother tries to help him be red by sending him out on a playdate with a yellow classmate (go draw a nice orange!), and the scissors try to help him be red by snipping his label so that he has room to breathe. But Red is miserable. He just can’t be red, no matter how hard he tries! Finally, a brand-new friend offers a brand-new perspective, and Red discovers what readers have known all along. He’s blue! This funny, heartwarming, colorful picture book about finding the courage to be true to your inner self can be read on multiple levels, and it offers something for everyone.
Also, Amazon shows the two books are often bought by the same buyers and are matched with sales of a book about a boy who wants to be a girl named “Jazz.”
“The purpose of our elementary schools is to teach writing, reading, and arithmetic, not to encourage boys to wear dresses,” Tami Fitzgerald, executive director of NC Values Coalition, said in a statement.
“I read the book online,” she told the New York Times. “It’s clearly geared to young children. The book is meant as a tool of indoctrination to normalize transgender behavior. I think a lot of parents would object to that.”
Schools should be focused on helping young children to achieve the building blocks of learning, not indoctrinating them in progressive social values, she said in her statement:
CMS is failing our children; in the recent 2016 state academic ratings, 43 of 165 CMS schools achieved overall pass rates below 50% and a majority (59%) earned a grade of C or below when measuring student proficiency and growth. These lessons found in the book, Jacob’s New Dress and My Princess Boyand other transgender curriculum are not appropriate for any child whose parents support traditional family values. There is no question that this attempt by CMS staff to mandated training is nothing more than putting a dress on CMS’s Gender Unicorn. We encourage CMS to refocus on their mission of maximizing academic achievement instead of advancing this controversial curriculum.
The pro-transgender “Gender Unicorn” message tells children that sexual attitudes can be chosen, diverse and fluid, despite the risk of derailing some children’s normal maturation into healthy and stable young men and young women.
The CMS school board is currently preparing to add sexual orientation and “gender identity/expression” to its policy on multiculturalism, reports the Charlotte Observer, along with such things as race, religion and national origin. “The proposed new policy…calls for CMS to “intentionally incorporate diversity throughout the curriculum, instruction and professional development,” says the report.
Fitzgerald continued:
As Charlotte’s City Council passed an outrageous ordinance last year that made it necessary for the State to correct the mistake with HB2, Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools was working on rolling out a new anti-bullying policy that seeks to indoctrinate students in the school district by normalizing transgender behavior. Both Charlotte’s ordinance and the CMS transgender indoctrination were advanced by the Human Rights Campaign, a national LGBT activist group, in conjunction with its NC affiliates, Equality NC and Time Out Youth. They provided the curriculum, the training, and the lesson plans for mandated transgender training for our children, complete with the Gender Unicorn, all while the Bank of America funded the program and the groups that support it.
Last year, the Charlotte City Council passed the ordinance that allowed anyone who simply declared they had changed their gender to use the restrooms and locker rooms of the opposite sex. The ordinance was pushed forward by registered sex offender Chad Sevearance-Turner and national gay-advocacy groups during the tenure of Mayor Jennifer Roberts.
Former Gov. Pat McCrory (R), however, signed the HB2 privacy and public safety bill into law to nullify the Charlotte ordinance. HB2 required people to use the bathroom that matched the official documentation of their sex. The documents could be their original birth certificate, or a modified birth certificate after surgical changes, so allowing people who want to live as members of other sex to use bathrooms reserved for the other sex.
Following the passage of HB2, progressive groups pushed major universities, sports organizations, businesses, and celebrities to boycott the state. The resulting boycotts helped the state’s establishment media to portray the privacy-protecting law as an economic hazard. In general, gay groups opposed the HB2 law because they seek to blur the social and legal recognition of the two male and female sexes.
In general, transgender and gay groups opposed the HB2 law because they want to blur the social and legal recognition of the two male and female sexes. The overall goal is to get government support for the “transgender ideology,” which says that Americans should sacrifice their single-sex institutions — such as bathrooms, sports leagues, women’s shelters, and normal child-rearing practices — to validate the relatively few people who want to live as members of the other sex.
Pro-transgender groups and their progressive political allies are trying to shape the early development of children, but are being rejected by the public and resisted by mainstream professional and pro-family groups.
Party at Pence’s: LGBT activists host dance party outside VP-elect’s Chevy Chase rental
Bitch, no you are not fabulous.
Brandishing rainbow flags and signs that read “Queer Love” and “Trans Power,” scores of activists marched Wednesday night toward Vice President-elect Mike Pence’s rental home in Northwest Washington, D.C.
Days before Donald Trump’s administration is expected to take over the White House, activists planned what they described as the “Queer Dance Party at Mike Pence’s House.”They met around 6 p.m. ET outside the Friendship Heights Metro Station, where video footage showed them chanting slogans and holding LGBT pride flags as they made their way to the neighborhood where Pence and his wife, Karen, moved after the November election.
Pence’s neighborhood had a heavy police presence ahead of the demonstration, said Adam Bradley, a resident in the area. He said normally Pence’s house on Tennyson Street NW is manned by a vehicle checkpoint and a few officers.
Pence wasn’t home at the time of the dance party. He and his wife joined Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker for dinner out.
That didn’t stop crowds from dancing and chanting through the liberal Democratic stronghold. Joanna Pratt, who has lived in a house across from Pence’s rental since 1979, joined the dance party with her husband. She said she saw the crowd grow to at least a couple hundred of people, many carrying rainbow flags and dancing.
“We come in all shapes, sizes, colors, beliefs, and we need to respect our diversity,” Pratt said. “The LGBT community has had a real struggle to be respected and be accepted, and that’s a sad statement on our country and our culture that they’ve had that struggle.”
Pence, a former U.S. representative and the governor of Indiana, believes marriage should be between a man and a woman.
In 2014, the governor’s chief counsel wrote in a letter that Indiana would not recognize several hundred same-sex marriages that took place after a federal judge overturned Indiana’s law banning it.
Pence drew ire from the LGBT and business communities in 2015 when he signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a law that allowed business owners to refuse certain services that conflicted with their religious beliefs (like, let’s say, a Christian baker approached by a same-sex couple looking for a wedding cake).
And, although Pence has never explicitly advocated for gay and lesbian conversion therapy, he said during the 2000 congressional campaign that public dollars should go toward the practice (It appears on his 2000 campaign website, where he also stated he would oppose any effort to give same-sex relationships equal legal status as heterosexual marriages.)
LGBT rights advocates worry about what policies Pence would promote as vice president and how they would affect the LGBT community.
When word spread that Pence rented a home near them during the transition, neighbors welcomed the vice president-elect with a series of rainbow flags. Pratt came up with the idea and was surprised to see it catch on. She’s counted more than 300 rainbow flags in the neighborhood since.
“I’m personally hoping our rainbow flags will continue flying for four years,” Pratt said, adding that she’s seen signs crop up for Planned Parenthood and other organizations whose agendas conflict with the Trump administration’s. “I hope those will all stay up as long as we are represented by an administration who does not believe in those things.”
Pratt and her husband aren’t the only neighbors expecting resistance to Trump over the next four years.
“They’re moving to a community that’s overwhelmingly and unapologetically on the side of marginalized folks,” Bradley said, “and they’re going to hear from us long after tonight.”
