Fake News: Liberals Spread Hoax that Teen Sentenced to Jail for Abortion

Liberal media, influencers spread hoax that teenager was sentenced to jail for having an abortion—she got 90 days for burning and burying her aborted child

A teen girl was sentenced in Nebraska on Friday to 90 days in prison after being convicted on charges of burning, burying and concealing the dead body of her baby. She had tried to abort the baby into her third trimester, and injested drugs to trigger pregnancy termination.

The sad case, however, was not framed as one in which a would-be teen mom is facing jail time for crimes committed as regards human remains, but used by leftists and media outlets to advocate in favor of abortion past 12 weeks, which is the abortion in Nebraska.

Celeste Burgess, who was 17 when she committed the crime, had sought to abort the baby at 6.5 months using pills her mother ordered online. The two then conspired to hide the evidence.

Mother Jessica Burgess pleaded guilty to violating Nebraska’s anti-abortion law, which prohibits aiding in the obtaining of an abortion past 12 weeks gestation, as well as of illegally concealing human remains.

Influencers and journalists all jumped on the case to say that Nebraska was prosecuting a woman for having terminated her pregnancy. They used the case to advocate for abortion, which in the Burgess case, would have required abortion to be legal in third trimester.

“Wow. A teenager in Nebraska was just sentenced to 90 days in jail for using the abortion pill. This is the America Republicans want,” Political influencer Harry Sisson wrote, “Republicans will not let women control their own bodies. According to them, teenagers are old enough to be mothers. It’s horrifying.”

A community note cited The Guardian’s article on the inident, saying “The teen was not sentenced for having a chemically induced abortion during her third trimester, but for burning, burying, and concealing a dead body.”

The New York Times framed the story along those lines, saying that a “Nebraska teen who used pills to end pregnancy gets 90 days in jail.”

“They swore up and down they wouldn’t send girls and women to prison for having abortions. They lied,” David Frum said. A fact-check tagged onto his tweet cited the Times, quoting “Prosecutors did not charge Celeste Burgess under Nebraska’s abortion law. She pleaded guilty to removing or concealing human skeletal remains, a felony. Prosecutors agreed to drop two misdemeanor charges: concealing a death and false reporting.”

“Will the policing and punishment of women be an important issue in 2024? It sure seemed important to the outcome in 2022 – and that was while the new surveillance regime was still mostly hypothetical. Now it’s becoming real,” he continued.

Podcaster Brian Tyler Cohen said outright that “A Nebraska teenager has been sentenced to jail and charged as a felon after ending her pregnancy with abortion pills. She faces up to five years in prison.”

Liberal Obama Supporting Fully Vaccinated Colin Powell Dies From COVID-19 Complications

We find out yet again the vaccine does not work. We also found out that those on the left would rather die than admit they are wrong.

Colin Powell is a liberal, and he has always been a liberal.

Just because he has a (R) in front of his name means nothing. McCain had an (R) in front of his name and he was a liberal scumbag also.

But if the vaccine works so well why are we reporting that a fully vaccinated Colin Powell died from Covid?

Either the vaccine killed him, or the vaccine does not work. You can’t have it both ways.

But I call Colin Powell a liberal because he voted for Barack Obama. And he never gave a valid reason that I saw, other than he’s black.

He did an interview on Meet the Press back in I believe it was 2008.

In the interview Colin Powell said he admires McCain and Obama but he voted for Obama.

He also said he has watched Obama and he thinks Obama knew how to deal with the Economic problems of America.

But he was really upset that MaCain chose Sarah Palin. Because he thinks she is too Right Wing.

Yet he does not think Obama was too Left-Wing.

What got me is he said Obama displayed a steadiest. And intellectual curiosity, and depth of knowledge.

What is Obama 4 years of age. A intellectual curiosity? And he said a depth of knowledge. What knowledge is he referring to?

The shovel ready jobs that cost Americans $787 billion and produced no jobs.

Is he referring to the Green Programs that cost billions, and many companies went bankrupt within a year?

He goes on to say Obama picked a VP that was ready on day one to be president.

That means Colin Powell thought Joe Biden would be a great president.

Was he right about Joe Biden?

The answer is HELL NO. Just like Colin Powell was wrong about Obama. And the reason he was wrong about Obama is he vote for Obama based on skin color.

You can’t show me anything Obama did before he became president that would warrant confidence in him being a good President.

He is telling us he voted for Obama Based on what he said he would do. Not based on a thing he has done.

I don’t give a damn about what Obama said, it’s about is actions. I can say I am a thoroughbred horse, but I bet I could not enter the Kentucky Derby.

I notice that we did not hear from this idiot known as Colin Powell while Joe Biden was destroying the damn country.

So this phony rhino who supported Obama, and the liberals agenda is dead.

I thought the vaccine was supposed to protect you? That fact is the vaccine probably killed this fool.

How can he die from Covid-19 complications if he was vaccinated?

Because either the vaccine does not work, or the vaccine killed him.

How many times do we need to read stories of people dying after taking the vaccine.

In order for the damn media to admit the vaccine is more dangerous than Covid itself.

Colin Powell goes on to say that Obama has a definitive way of doing business that will serve us well.

He says Obama is more inclusive, and he can bring us together.

He says Obama is crossing lines.

He then says Obama is thinking about all villages have value not just small towns.

Well was Colin Powell right about Obama? The answer is an emphatic no.

Why don’t he just be man enough to say he voted for Obama because he was Black.

Just like some whites voted for Obama because he was black.

No one has gave me a good answer on why they voted for the queer messiah from Kenya.

But it just proves the media will stick with lies in order to force their agenda on the rest of us.

The lockdowns did not work. The mask did not work. The vaccines are not working.

Mathematician Who Proved Voter Fraud to Arizona Suspended On Twitter For Speaking The Truth

A mathematician who offered the results of his investigation regarding allegations of voter fraud in front of members of the Arizona State Legislature said that he was banned from Twitter.

“Just got suspended OFF TWITTER AGAIN…. Guess I’m no longer welcomed there anymore,” Bobby Piton wrote on social media website Parler.

An account on Twitter with his name says, “Account suspended … Twitter suspends accounts which violate the Twitter Rules.” It’s unclear why Piton’s account was suspended, and Twitter has not yet responded to a request for comment.

Piton, in the event on Monday, stated that based on his analysis, “I would have never certified” the election results in some battleground states. “I’d rather resign than certify those results,” he said, adding “I believe they’re fraudulent … assuming that the data that I got is accurate.”

After Piton’s remarks in the legislature event, it appears that Twitter suspended the account, according to users.

Secretaries of state in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and others have said they’ve received no evidence showing that there was fraud or irregularities to overturn the election. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, who was criticized by Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Linda Brickman in

Monday’s event for allegedly being “bought and paid for,” appeared to issue a statement after the event, saying that “in Arizona, we have some of the strongest election laws in the country, laws that prioritize accountability and clearly lay out procedures for conducting, canvassing, and even contesting the results of an election.”

Also in the hearing, several people testified, including a cybersecurity expert and retired Army colonel, who asserted that Dominion Voting Systems machines—of which some were used in Arizona’s Maricopa County—said that a user guide shows users how to connect to the Internet. Dominion has denied that its machines can connect to the Internet, while its CEO dismissed vote-switching or foreign influence in a recent opinion piece.

“The Dominion suite user manual is about an inch and a half thick. My team went back through the user manual and looked at all the instances where in the user’s manual, it tells operators to connect the ethernet cords to the router, and it is, the systems are connected to the internet,” said Phil Waldron, the cybersecurity expert, in front of members of the Arizona Legislature.

Meanwhile, a woman who said she was an observer in Pima County claimed to have witnessed a large number of people who had recently moved to the state vote. Many of them, she alleged, didn’t even have Arizona drivers’ licenses or IDs and instead presented bills that suggested they lived in the precinct.

“I was having to allow people to vote who literally had just moved here. A large percentage had addresses from two apartment complexes,” poll observer Anna Orth said, adding that many were not “residents for more than a month,” which, if true, would be a violation of state law.

Washington Post’s Jen Rubin Says GOP Should Be Burned Down With No Survivors

On Sunday’s AM Joy on MSNBC, Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin renewed a previous attack on former Donald Trump administration members as she declared that they should be “shunned” for the rest of the lives, and that the Republican Party should figuratively be “burned down” so that there are no “survivors,” punishing Trump’s “enablers.”

Her comments came as the group discussed former White House press secretaries Sean Spicer and Sarah Huckabee Sanders moving on to ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and the Fox News Channel, respectively, after leaving office.

At 11:04 a.m., host Joy Reid declared that “this is an extreme administration that is dangerous” and claimed that Hispanic Americans should carry their birth certificates to avoid being “scooped up and stolen” by ICE.

Rubin then repeated her call for “shunning” and “shaming” Trump administration members and complained that the University of Virginia had employed a former Trump staffer for a while. The disgruntled ex-Republican then aimed further vitriol at her former party:

It’s not only that Trump has to lose, but that all his enablers have to lose — we have to collectively, in essence, burn down the Republican party. We have to level them because if there are survivors — if there are people who weather this storm, they will do it again — will take this as confirmation that, “Hey, it just pays to ride the wave — look at me, I’ve made it through.”

A bit later, the MSNBC contributor and supposedly right-leaning columnist further cheered for Democrats and against Republicans:

This has become a dysfunctional anti-government party. That is not what the country wants and what it needs. And the proof is in the pudding. The reason they engage in voter suppression is because their underlying agenda is very unpopular. No one’s in favor, it turns out, of taking away people’s health care. People don’t like it when you come after Medicaid and Medicare.

After hoping that a “leveled” GOP would try to adhere to the famous “autopsy” of Mitt Romney’s 2012 election loss, she suggested that she’d be satisfied with Democrats in power:

And if they don’t, then they’re going to lose election after election. And, frankly, that would be fine, too. My hope is that Democrats don’t blow it. My hope is that Democrats are able to pull together a coalition that’s large enough to govern, and that we can have some sane governance for a period of time.

Liberal actor Jussie Smollett is accused of staging a racist and anti-gay attack on himself, which Smollett blamed on supporters of President Donald Trump.

Smollett’s alleged fake “hate crime” appears to be the latest instance of liberals manufacturing hate crimes for attention in the Trump era.

The Daily Caller News Foundation compiled below some of the most outrageous fake hate crimes since Trump was elected, in rough chronological order:

ANTI-MUSLIM HATE CRIME IN MICHIGAN TURNS OUT TO BE A HOAX (NOV. 2016)

A Muslim woman at the University of Michigan received national attention from national outlets like The Washington Post in November 2016 after she claimed a drunk 20-something man threatened to light her on fire if she didn’t remove her hijab. The university condemned the “hateful attack,” which turned out to be a hoax.

BISEXUAL STUDENT FAKES TRUMP-INSPIRED HATE CRIME (NOV. 2016)

Taylor Volk, an openly bisexual senior at North Park University claimed to be the target of hateful notes and emails following Trump’s election in November 2016. Volk told NBC News that “I just want them to stop.” But the “them” referenced by Volk turned out to be herself, as the whole thing was fabricated.

GAS STATION RACISM GOES VIRAL — THEN POLICE DEBUNK IT (NOV. 2016)

Philadelphia woman Ashley Boyer claimed in November 2016 that she was harassed at a gas station by white, Trump-supporting males, one of whom pulled a weapon on her. Boyer claimed that the men “proceeded to talk about the election and how they’re glad they won’t have to deal with n—–s much longer.” Boyer deleted her post after it went viral and claimed the men had been caught and were facing criminal charges. Local police debunked her account.

WHITE MEN ROB MUSLIM WOMAN OF HER HIJAB AND WALLET — EXCEPT IT NEVER HAPPENED (NOV. 2016)

An 18-year-old Muslim woman in Louisiana claimed in November 2016 that two white men, one of whom was wearing a Trump hat, attacked and robbed her, taking her wallet and hijab while yelling racial slurs. She later admitted to the Lafayette Police Department that she made the whole thing up.

CHURCH ORGANIST VANDALIZES OWN CHURCH (NOV. 2016)

A church organist was arrested in May 2017 after he was found responsible for spray-painting a swastika, an anti-gay slur and the words “Heil Trump” on his own church in November 2016. When the story first broke, media outlets tied the hoax to Trump’s election. “The offensive graffiti at St. David’s is among numerous incidents that have occurred in the wake of Trump’s Election Day win,” The Washington Post reported at the time.

“DRUNK WHITE MEN” ATTACK MUSLIM WOMAN IN STORY THAT ALSO NEVER HAPPENED (DEC. 2016)

Another 18-year-old Muslim woman, this time in New York, was the subject of breathless headlines in December 2016 after she claimed to have been attacked by a group of Donald Trump supporters on a New York subway while onlookers did nothing. The woman, Yasmin Seweid, would go on to confess that she made the whole thing up.

WHITE GUY SETS HIS OWN CAR ON FIRE, PAINTS RACIAL SLUR ON HIS OWN GARAGE (DEC. 2016)

Denton, Texas, resident David Williams set his own car on fire and painted “n***** lovers” on his home’s garage, in an apparent attempt to stage a hate crime. Local police investigated the arson as a hate crime. Williams and his wife, Jenny, collected more than $5,000 from Good Samaritans via a GoFundMe page before the hoax was exposed.

PRANKSTER TRICKS LIBERAL JOURNALIST INTO SPREADING ANTI-TRUMP HOAX (DEC. 2016)

As tales of Trump-inspired “hate crimes” were spread far and wide by liberal journalists after Trump’s election, one online prankster decided to test just easy it was to fool journalists. The prankster sent Mic.com writer Sarah Harvard a fictitious story in which a Native American claimed to have been harassed by an alleged Trump supporter who thought she was Mexican. Despite no evidence backing up the claim, Harvard spread the fake story, emails the prankster shared with The Daily Caller showed.

STUDENT WRITES ANTI-MUSLIM GRAFFITI ON HIS OWN DOOR (FEB. 2017)

A Muslim student at Beloit College wrote anti-Muslim graffiti on his own dorm room door. The student was reportedly motivated by a desire to seek attention after a Jewish student was targeted with an anti-Semitic note.

ISRAELI MAN BEHIND ANTI-SEMITIC BOMB THREATS IN THE U.S. (APRIL 2017)

Media outlets didn’t wait to find out who was behind a string of bomb threats targeting synagogues and Jewish schools before linking the threats to Trump. A U.S.-Israeli man was charged in April 2017 and indicted in February 2018 for the threats. A former reporter for The Intercept was also charged in March 2017 with making several copycat threats.

HOAX AT ST. OLAF (MAY 2017)

Students at St. Olaf college in Minnesota staged protests and boycotted classes in May 2017 after racist notes targeting black students were found around campus, earning coverage in national media outlets like The Washington Post. It later came out that a black student was responsible for the racist notes. The student carried out the hoax in order to “draw attention to concerns about the campus climate,” the university announced.

FAKE HATE AT AIR FORCE ACADEMY GOES VIRAL (SEPT. 2017)

The Air Force Academy was thrown into turmoil in September 2017 when horrific racist notes were found at the academy’s preparatory school. “Go home n***er,” read one of the notes. The superintendent, Lt. Gen. Jay B. Silveria, went viral with an impassioned speech addressing the racist notes.

Two months later, authorities determined that one of the students targeted by the notes was also the person responsible for writing them.

K-STATE FAKE HATE CRIME (NOV. 2017)

A student at Kansas State University filed a police report in November 2017 over racist graffiti left on his car. “Go Home N***** Boy” and “Whites Only,” read the racist graffiti, which the the student later admitted to writing himself.

RACIST GRAFFITI CARRIED OUT BY NON-WHITE STUDENT (NOV. 2017)

Another instance of racist graffiti that same month also turned out to be a hoax. A Missouri high school investigated after racial slurs were left on a bathroom mirror in November 2017, only to find that the student responsible was “non-white.”

WAITER FAKES NOTE CALLING HIMSELF A TERRORIST (JULY 2018)

Texas waiter Khalil Cavil went viral after posting a Facebook picture of a racist note that he claimed a customer had left on the receipt, in lieu of a tip. The note described Cavil as a “terrorist.” Saltgrass Steak House, where Cavil worked, initially banned the customers for life, before their investigation revealed that the waiter had faked the racist note. “I did write it,” Cavil later admitted. “I don’t have an explanation. I made a mistake. There is no excuse for what I did.”

WAITRESS FAKES RACIST NOTE, BLAMES LAW ENFORCEMENT (JULY 2018)

A Texas waitress apologized in July 2018 after blaming local law enforcement for an offensive note targeting Mexicans. She later admitted to writing the note herself.

NEW YORK WOMAN’S HATE CRIME THAT WASN’T (SEPT. 2018)

A New York woman was charged in September 2018 after police determined she fabricated a story about white teens yelling racial slurs at her and leaving a racist note on her car.

STUDENT FAKED RACIST NOTES (DEC. 2018)

Several racist notes at Drake University were actually the work of one of the students who had been targeted by them. “The fact that the actions of the student who has admitted guilt were propelled by motives other than hate does not minimize the worry and emotional harm they caused, but should temper fears,” university president Marty Martin said afterwards.

THE COVINGTON CATASTROPHE (JAN. 2019)

National media outlets pounced on a selectively edited video from the March for Life that showed Native American activist Nathan Phillips beating a drum in front of a boisterous group of boys from Covington Catholic High School.

Phillips originally told The Washington Post the students swarmed him while he was preparing to leave the Indigenous People’s March scheduled for the same day. Phillips originally said one student, who later identified himself as high school junior Nick Sandmann, blocked his path from leaving as he tried to do so. The extended video shows that wasn’t the case: Phillips approached the high school boys during their cheers, not the other way around. Some of the people with Phillips were directing racially charged language at the students, not the other way around.

Phillips told a second variation of his story to the Detroit Free Press. Phillips claimed he was playing the role of peacemaker by getting between the students and four “old black individuals,” whom he claimed the students were attacking. “They were in the process of attacking these four black individuals,” Phillip tolds the Michigan paper. “I was there and I was witnessing all of this … As this kept on going on and escalating, it just got to a point where you do something or you walk away, you know? You see something that is wrong and you’re faced with that choice of right or wrong.”

“These young men were beastly and these old black individuals was their prey, and I stood in between them and so they needed their pounds of flesh and they were looking at me for that,” he added. Extended video shows that account also isn’t accurate. The four individuals Phillips referenced were members of the Black Hebrew Israelites and they launched racist and anti-gay slurs at the high school students, not the other way around. Anti-Semitic vandalism in New York City turned out to be the work of a Democratic activist, according to police. It wasn’t a hoax — the anti-Semitic vandalism was real — but the suspect wasn’t the right-winger some had assumed him to be. The man police arrested, based on surveillance footage, was 26-year-old James Polite, who had actually interned for City Hall on anti-hate issues.

BONUS II: TRUMP-INSPIRED RACIST BLAZE AT BLACK CHURCH WAS CARRIED OUT BY BLACK CHURCH-GOER (NOV. 2016)

This hoax occurred one week before Trump was elected, but TheDCNF is including it as a bonus because it was so egregious. Leftist media outlets ran headlines like “A Black Church Burned in the Name of Trump” after a black church in Greenville, Mississippi, was set on fire and spray painted with the words “Vote Trump.” The Washington Post’s original coverage of the incident read in part,” Greenville Mayor Errick Simmons called the fire a ‘hateful and cowardly act,’ sparked by the incendiary rhetoric of GOP nominee Donald Trump during his presidential campaign.” But the church was set on fire by one of the church’s own congregants, who is black.

James Comey Says Hell Will Freeze Over Before Hillary Clinton Is Charged For Her Emails.

The man who accused former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of being “extremely careless” with her use of email servers reportedly says there is “zero chance” she will ever be charged for it.

Former FBI Director James Comey repeated that claim twice in a Sarasota, Fla. town hall Monday, according to the Washington Examiner.

“There is zero chance, zero chance, on the facts in the Hillary Clinton case, that she would be prosecuted,” Comey said. “You are out of your mind if you don’t think the FBI wanted to make a case if we could. But a federal court recently asserted that Clinton must answer more questions about her emails.

Comey has never approved of Clinton’s choice of a private email server and even admitted at a July 2016 news conference that someone of less political stature than the former first lady might be charged.

“To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences,” he said at the time.

While continuing to provide assurance for Clinton, Comey lashed out at President Donald Trump, saying he was “one of the worst listeners as a leader,” Fox 13 reported.

Comey, who continues to tour the country promoting his book, “A Higher Loyalty,” portrayed himself as a reluctant warrior for political independence, claiming he really eschews the spotlight.

“I thought the easiest thing for me to do would be to be quiet. I don’t love my life as a semi-employed celebrity, but I would be a coward if I didn’t speak,” he told the crowd. “I’m really worried about the impact this president has on our values that we all have in common.”
