“Hellen DeGenerate” Bans Christians From Show; Michael Obama Always Welcome

Ellen defends excluding gospel singer: Christian values not ‘inclusive’

Pharrell Williams appeared on NBC’s Ellen Show on Thursday as scheduled, but she had chosen a different performer. Ellen DeGeneres held to her decision to refuse Kim Burrell from being a featured guest on the show. Although both Ellen and Pharrell attempted to dampen the controversy of their decision, they failed to be authentically inclusive.

The song featuring Kim Burrell, “I see victory,” was originally scheduled to be performed on the Ellen show. After the decision to replace her song, Pharrell chose a different song — that no one cares about– from his soundtrack, in order to keep to the original format.

“She was doing a Facebook Live, and she said some very not nice things about homosexuals,” Ellen explained after Pharrell’s performance. So, I did not feel that it was good of me to have her on the show and give her a platform after she is saying things about me.”
Let’s break this down.

Ellen has never met Kim Burrell. Because Ellen has chosen to be openly gay, she is choosing to take Ms. Burrell’s statement as a direct attack. Ms. Burrell has shown no evidence of acting in a discriminatory manner toward anyone.

“There is no room for prejudice in 2017,” Pharrell chimes in. “There is no room. She is a fantastic singer. I love her. Just like I love everybody else. Um, and we all gotta get used to that. We all gotta get used to, um, everyone’s differences and understand that this is a big, beautiful, colorful world. And, it only works with inclusion and empathy.”

Pharrell fails to acknowledge his exclusion of Kim Burrell and who she chooses to be, a Christian. Ellen and Pharrell refuse to empathize with Ms. Burrell because of their own personal feelings.

Ms. Burrell released a statement expressing, “Have I discriminated against them? Have I ever outright told them ‘I don’t love you’ and ‘you going to hell’?”

Pharrell tried to step back from asserting that Ms. Burrell participated in hate-speech, but alluded back to it by saying, “Whenever you see something, whenever you hear some sort of hate-speech, and you feel it does not particularly pertain to you… All you gotta to do is put the word black in that sentence, put gay in that sentence. So, put transgender in that sentence, ah, white in that sentence, and all over a sudden it begins to make sense to you… I get that some of the divisive stuff works, … but you have to choose what side you are on.”

This is essentially the Left trying to convince the general public that if you are not already offended you should find a reason to be. It is impossible to ‘choose what side you are on’ and be inclusive. Pharrell and Ellen want to assert that there is no room for prejudice, yet they conflict their message by excluding Kim Burrell in any manner. This world is diverse, but not in a way that will make the Left feel comfortable.

Obama Pardons Transgender Dude For WikiLeaks – But Not Snowden

Obama commutes Chelsea Manning sentence

Mr. Obama, I promise to pay you back. Wink Wink
Mr. Obama, I promise to pay you back. Wink Wink

President Barack Obama has commuted Chelsea Manning’s sentence for leaking documents to Wikileaks in 2010.

The 29-year-old transgender US Army private, born Bradley Manning, will be freed on 17 May instead of her scheduled 2045 release.

She was sentenced to 35 years in 2013 for her role in leaking diplomatic cables to the anti-secrecy group.

The leak was one of the largest breaches of classified material in US history.

The White House had suggested in recent days it was open to commuting Manning’s sentence.

She twice attempted suicide last year at the male military prison where she is being held at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Manning also went on a hunger strike last year, which ended after the military agreed to provide her with gender dysphoria treatment.

In one of his final acts as president, Mr Obama granted commutation of sentences to 209 individuals and pardons to 64 others.

Why Manning? Rajini Vaidyanathan, BBC News

Chelsea Manning’s case divided public opinion in the US. To some she was a whistleblower who lifted the veil on US military secrets. More than 100,000 people signed a White House petition calling for her release and the campaign for her commutation was well publicised. But to others Manning was a traitor who compromised the safety of US military personnel.

House Speaker Paul Ryan described President Obama’s commutation as treachery. When I attended Manning’s sentencing in 2013, the prosecution asked for a tougher sentence than the 35 years handed down. They said they wanted to send a message to future potential leakers.

The White House has yet to explain why it made the decision to free Manning. It’s worth noting that Mr Obama was accused of waging a war on whistleblowers for prosecuting more people under the Espionage Act than any other US president before him.

What has been the reaction?

Manning’s lawyer, David Coombs, told the BBC the commutation would be a great relief to his client.

“It really is a great act of mercy by President Obama,” said Mr Coombs. “For myself and Chelsea, I’m very thankful he took that option.”

Ciaron O’Reilly, of the Private Manning Family Fund, said Manning should never have been locked up for “exposing a war that the UN had declared illegal”.

But Republican Senator John McCain said the president’s decision was “a grave mistake that I fear will encourage further acts of espionage”.

And House Speaker Paul Ryan called Mr Obama’s decision “just outrageous”, saying the US Army private had “put American lives at risk”.

What was in the leaked cables?

The US Army charged Manning with 22 counts relating to the unauthorised possession and distribution of more than 700,000 secret diplomatic and military documents and video.

Included in those files was video footage of an Apache helicopter killing 12 civilians in Baghdad in 2007.

Manning also passed on sensitive messages between US diplomats, intelligence assessments of Guantanamo detainees being held without trial and military records from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The disclosures were considered an embarrassment to the US, prompting the Obama administration to crack down on government leaks.

At a sentencing hearing, Manning apologised for “hurting the US” and said she had mistakenly thought she could “change the world for the better”.

What next for Julian Assange?

Wikileaks, the anti-secrecy organisation which published the diplomatic cables, previously said its founder Julian Assange would agree to be extradited to the US if Mr Obama granted clemency to Manning.

The White House said the Manning commutation was not influenced in any way by Mr Assange’s extradition offer.

Mr Assange, who has taken refuge in the Ecuadorian embassy in London since 2012, did not immediately comment on whether he plans to surrender.

But he did tweet: “Thank you to everyone who campaigned for Chelsea Manning’s clemency. Your courage & determination made the impossible possible.”

The US justice department has not publicly announced any indictment against Mr Assange. It is Sweden that has sought to extradite him, for an alleged sex crime.

Why no pardon for Edward Snowden?

More than a million supporters of Edward Snowden have petitioned President Barack Obama to pardon him.

But according to the White House, the National Security Agency leaker has not himself submitted the necessary documents for clemency.

In November, Mr Obama told German newspaper Der Spiegel: “I can’t pardon somebody who hasn’t gone before a court and presented themselves.”

The White House last week pointed out that Manning had passed through the US military justice system and acknowledged her crimes.

Mr Snowden, however, fled the US in 2013, evading charges in America which could put him in prison for up to 30 years, and obtained temporary asylum in Russia.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said “the disclosures by Edward Snowden were far more serious and far more dangerous”.

He had also “fled into the arms of an adversary and has sought refuge in a country that most recently made a concerted effort to undermine the confidence in our democracy”, Mr Earnest added.

How do pardons and commutations work?

Mr Obama has commuted 1,385 sentences and issued 212 pardons, more than the total granted by the past 12 presidents combined.

In America, a pardon not only lifts the sentence but removes other penalties such as the bar on convicted felons sitting on federal juries, and state-level prohibitions on such things as voting or possession of firearms.

A commutation means the sentence is lifted but the civil handicaps outlined above remain.

Neither a pardon not a commutation is an acknowledgment of innocence.

Dumb Niggas Act the Fool Because Jennifer Holliday Was Going to Sing at Inauguration

Singer Jennifer Holliday Backs Out of Inauguration After Intense Backlash

‘I was receiving death threats from black people’

Singer Jennifer Holliday told ABC’s “The View” on Tuesday that she backed out of performing at President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration because she “was receiving death threats from black people.”

The broadway star stopped by “The View” and discussed her recent decision to cancel her performance set for Thursday on the eve of the inauguration.

Holliday was going to sing at the “Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration,” but she canceled two days later. The performer said she got a call on Wednesday asking her to perform and claimed her social media went crazy with negative comments by Friday morning, when she backed out.

“I live a pretty reclusive life and then one morning you wake up and everyone hates you. I was like, what could I have possibly done to have these things thrown at me,” Holliday said.

“I’m an artist and I love America,” she said. “It just didn’t dawn on me. I performed for four other presidents. I didn’t think anything of it.”

Holliday informed the Trump team in an email that she would be unable to perform due to the harassment.

“I was receiving deatht threats at this point,” Holliday said. “I was receiving death threats from black people, the N-word from black people. They were saying they were going to kill me.”

Holliday was shocked by the comments, thinking white people were “messing” with her.

“Are these white people just messing with me? I’m going, ‘Oh my God, these are black people calling me this. They were saying I should kill myself,” Holliday said.

Obama Makes Cuba a Sanctuary for Criminals

Obama Makes Cuba a Sanctuary for Criminals
Obama Makes Cuba a Sanctuary for Criminals

The Obama administration signed a law-enforcement agreement with Cuba Monday that doesn’t call for the return of U.S. fugitives, including former Black Panther Joanne Chesimard, who is wanted for killing a New Jersey police officer.

The pact was signed by Jeffrey DeLaurentis, the de facto U.S. ambassador in Havana, and the Cuban Interior minister Julio César Gandarilla. It covers a broad range of law-enforcement topics, such as counternarcotics operations.

Also present at the signing was White House deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes, who played a key role in forging Mr. Obama’s policy of restoring diplomatic ties with Cuba in 2014.

The agreement does not include a return of U.S. fugitives that Cuba has harbored, including Chesimard, also known as Assata Shakur. Convicted of murder for the shooting death of New Jersey state trooper Werner Foerster in 1973, she escaped prison in 1979 and received asylum from Cuba. The omission of fugitives from the agreement was first reported by USA Today.

Cuba’s shielding of Chesimard and other U.S. fugitives, including Puerto Rican nationalist William Morales, wanted for the 1975 Fraunces Tavern bombing in New York City that killed four and wounded 50, has been a source of friction between the two governments for decades.

The agreement comes after the administration announced last week that it has ended the long-standing “wet foot, dry foot” policy that granted legal status to Cubans who safely reached the U.S. shore.

The White House said Mr. Obama’s goal is “to help the Cuban people achieve a better future for themselves and to advance the interests of the United States.”

All Female Seating Now An Option Because of Sexual Assaults On Flights

We need protection from the Muslim Mile High Club
We need protection from the                           Muslim Mile High Club

Hands off my bitches. Full goon protection has arrived!
Hands off my bitches. Full goon protection has arrived!

Air India is set to launch women-only seating to protect female fliers from sexual harassment after a number of women were allegedly groped by male passengers.

Starting January 18th, these seats will be made available on Airbus A320 aircrafts to women who travel alone and do not wish to be seated next to men, and will see the first two rows sectioned off.

Air India general manager-revenue management Meenakshi Malik told The Hindu that the company would not be charging any additional fee for blocking these seats as the move is meant to enhance female safety.

“We feel, as national carriers, it is our responsibility to enhance comfort level to female passengers. There are a lot of female passengers who travel alone with us and we will be blocking a few seats for them.”

The women-only seats will be available on domestic flights but may be extended to other flights in the next few months.

The airline is among the first in the world to offer gender segregated seating, although other airlines such as Israeli carrier El Al are known to accommodate requests to reseat passengers on religious grounds (ultra-Orthodox Jews are not allowed to sit beside a woman who is not their wife, for instance).

Air India also recently announced its decision to carry restrainers (small plastic handcuffs) aboard all its domestic and international flights to keep disruptive unruly passengers firmly seated if their behavior threatens the safety of other flyers.

The AI cabin crewmanual nonetheless specifies that “restraining a pax (passenger) is one of the last steps and should be done only if the matter is totally out of control.”

Both announcements follow a string of incidents on the airline last month, involving in-flights misbehavior.

On December 20th,  a woman sitting in economy class was allegedly groped by a male co-passenger, who was originally sitting sitting in business class but changed seats, while she was sleeping. And on January 2nd, a middle-aged man was arrested after allegedly molesting an air hostess and using lewd language on a domestic flight.

But the move hasn’t been welcome by all.

Former Air India Executive Jitendra Bhargava also told The Hindu: “To my knowledge, this happens nowhere in the world. Planes are not unsafe for women passengers.

Gender segregation is already prevalent on other modes of transportation in India, including metros, buses and long-distance trains.

Lindsay Lohan Makes a Better Crackhead than Mooslim

Drop her dumbass in in Syria
Drop her dumbass off in Syria

Lindsay Lohan steps out in a sleek dress on Saturday (January 14) in Milan, Italy.

The 30-year-old actress recently deleted all of her social media posts on Instagram, and changed her header to read, “Alaikum salam”. The phrase translates to “and unto you peace” in Arabic.

Since updating her header, Twitter users began assuming that Lindsay converted to Islam.

Lindsay has not yet publicly confirmed that she’s converted, and this is only a fan theory. We’ll have to wait and see!
