Trump Says ‘Nice Present’ for One Year Anniversary if they Shut It Down.
President Donald Trump boasted that the Democrats were giving him a political gift after they voted against a bill that would fund the government late Friday night.
“This is the One Year Anniversary of my Presidency and the Democrats wanted to give me a nice present,” Trump wrote on Twitter with the hashtag #DemocratShutdown.
Trump challenged Democrats for focusing more on amnesty for illegal immigrants than funding the government.
“Democrats are far more concerned with Illegal Immigrants than they are with our great Military or Safety at our dangerous Southern Border,” he wrote. “They could have easily made a deal but decided to play Shutdown politics instead.”
On Friday afternoon, Trump met with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer over cheeseburgers at the White House to discuss a possible deal, but it was ultimately rejected.
The president urged Americans to vote more Republicans into the Senate in 2018 to push forward his agenda.
“For those asking, the Republicans only have 51 votes in the Senate, and they need 60,” he wrote. “That is why we need to win more Republicans in 2018 Election! We can then be even tougher on Crime (and Border), and even better to our Military & Veterans!”

These people are idiots and they don’t defend women.
Some of the A-list stars expected to attend Saturday’s day-long event include actresses Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, Viola Davis, Allison Janney, Olivia Munn, Olivia Wilde, Elizabeth Banks, Connie Britton, Eva Longoria, and Mia Kunis, and actors Adam Scott, Rob Reiner, and Tony Goldwyn, according to Page Six.
Also on hand will be Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), former E! News correspondent Catt Sadler, and former late-night host Larry Wilmore, and musical guests are expected to include Maxwell, Rachel Platten, Idina Menzel, Andra Day, and the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles with special guest Melissa Etheridge.

The march will reportedly kick off at 8:30 a.m. and end in Grant Park around 3 p.m., and the festivities will include live music, art, and voter registration tables.
The march commemorates one year since Donald Trump’s historic inauguration and the subsequent Women’s March on Washington, during which hundreds of thousands of pink “pussy hat”-wearing men and women converged on the nation’s capital to voice their opposition to the new president.

Last year’s march in Washington also brought out a slew of celebrities, including Cher, Katy Perry, Debra Messing, America Ferrera, and Johansson. Beyoncé couldn’t make it, but lent her support.
Jane Fonda, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, and Idina Menzel reportedly attended last year’s concurrent march in L.A., while former Netflix talk show host Chelsea Handler led another iteration of the march at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
Pop icon Madonna landed in hot water during last year’s Washington, D.C. event when she told a crowd of thousands at the march that she had often thought of “blowing up the White House.” Trump later called her comments “disgraceful to our country.”
Other speakers at last year’s event included documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, who ripped up a copy of the Washington Post while onstage, and actress Ashley Judd, who accused Trump of having “wet dreams” about his daughter, Ivanka Trump.
Some organizers of this year’s event have urged marchers to leave their pink “pussy hats” from last year at home, as they could be considered exclusionary to women of color, transgender women, and gender non-conforming people.
An illegal alien accused of murdering two California police officers told the courtroom during his trial Tuesday that he “wished” he had killed more officers.
“I wish I had killed more of the motherf*ckers,” the illegal alien said, according to the video.
“I will break out soon, and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me. … There’s no need for a f*cking trial,” the illegal alien said as he flashed a grin.
Luis Bracamontes, 37, of Mexico allegedly shot and killed Sacramento-area sheriff’s deputies in 2014 and admitted to the crime in several court appearances.
He is also accused of shooting a driver in the head to steal his vehicle and wounding another deputy.
Judge Steve White told the jury to leave the courtroom as it became clear that Bracamontes planned to continue his expletive-laced tirade.
“I don’t f***ing regret that s***. Only thing that I f***ing regret is that I f***ing just killed two. I wish I killed more of those motherf***ers. … I will break out soon, and I will kill more–whoever f***ing get in front of me, just like that. There’s no need for a f***ing trial,” Bracamontes said.
Judge White warned Bracamontes that he would remove him from the courtroom if he continued his tirade. Then, he invited the jury back inside the court.
Bracamontes is facing the death penalty and life in prison for his role in the alleged killings, although his defense is trying to convince jurors that he should receive a lighter sentence.
In February 2017, Breitbart News reported that President Trump invited Jessica Davis and Susan Oliver, the widows of the two slain officers, to his joint address before Congress.
I hope President Trump understands you can’t negotiate with the devil and win.
“DACA is probably dead because the Democrats don’t really want it,” Trump wrote on Twitter on Sunday.
He suggested that Democrats were preparing a government shutdown over the issue after they leaked details of a private conversation with them to the media.
“They just want to talk and take desperately needed money away from our Military,” Trump wrote.
On Saturday, he said it was “too bad” that Democrats were not serious about reaching a DACA deal.
“I don’t believe the Democrats really want to see a deal on DACA,” he said. “They are all talk and no action. This is the time but, day by day, they are blowing the one great opportunity they have. Too bad!”
Trump urged a return to a merit-based system of immigration.
“I, as President, want people coming into our Country who are going to help us become strong and great again, people coming in through a system based on MERIT,” he wrote. “No more Lotteries! AMERICA FIRST.”

I don’t believe the Democrats really want to see a deal on DACA. They are all talk and no action. This is the time but, day by day, they are blowing the one great opportunity they have. Too bad!
Sadly, Democrats want to stop paying our troops and government workers in order to give a sweetheart deal, not a fair deal, for DACA. Take care of our Military, and our Country, FIRST!
This dumb ass loves dictators all around the world.
“We will find unity only when we recognize that in our current president we have elected… an enemy of compassion” Penn says in op-ed for Time
In a blistering op-ed for Time on Friday, Sean Penn called president Donald Trump “an enemy of mankind” and “an enemy of the state” over his reported remarks about “shithole countries.”
On Thursday, the Washington Post reported that President Trump asked, during a meeting with lawmakers, “Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?” referring to Haiti and African nations. Trump later said he used “tough” language but denied using that phrase.
In the essay marking the eight-year anniversary of the devastating 2010 Haiti earthquake, Penn talked about his experiences as a volunteering in Haiti.
“While Haitian immigrants typically arrive in the United States with lower levels of education and income than the general population, they sacrifice as parents to scrap and save and to ensure that their children can make the most of the opportunity to be here,” he wrote. “They contribute. And there is no disputing the value they add to American society.”
Penn said Trump’s reported comments were “far worse than mere insensitivity or even nationalism. Those standards are not disgraceful enough.”
“We will find unity,” Penn concluded, “only when we recognize that in our current president we have elected, perhaps for the first time in our history, an enemy of compassion. Indeed, we can be unified not only with each other but with Africa, El Salvador, Haiti, Mexico, the Middle East and beyond if we recognize President Donald Trump is an enemy of Americans, Republicans, Democrats, Independents and every new child born. An enemy of mankind. He is indeed an enemy of the state.”
They say Trump is racist but Obama is kissing the ass of Robert Byrd who was with the KKK
Texas Democrat Al Green vowed on Friday to force another impeachment vote on the House floor next week. The announcement was made on the back of President Donald Trump’s reported description of African nations, El Salvador and Haiti as “shithole countries.”
“Congressional condemnation of racist bigotry is not enough,” Green said in a tweet. “In Congress, talk is cheap-it’s how we vote that counts. Next week, I will again bring a resolution to impeach @realDonaldTrump. I will put my vote where my mouth is.”

On Thursday, The Washington Post reported that, while being briefed on immigration, Trump questioned why immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries were brought over declaring, “Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?”
It is not the first time Green has pushed to impeach a president. Just last month—in the largest move yet to impeach Trump—Green brought the vote to the floor.
“He has harmed the society of the United States. Brought shame and dishonor to the office of president of the United States,” Green said at the proceeding.

Although not expected to cause any traction, 58 Democrats had voted to begin proceedings, while 364 members had voted against the measure. Green has since vowed to his colleagues that he would continue pushing for another vote.
Trump has “undermined the integrity of his office with impunity, has brought disrepute on the presidency with immunity, has betrayed his trust as president,” Green’s articles of impeachment read.
While some Democrats have pushed for impeachment, party leaders have said that moving for impeachment would not help their hopes of winning back the House of Representatives in the 2018 midterms. “Now is not the time to consider articles of impeachment,” House Minority Leader Pelosi of California and Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland, said in a statement.
Responding to Trump’s latest controversial comments, Democratic Senator Richard Durbin said Friday that the language used at the meeting was “hate-filled, vile and racist.”
While facing global heat and widespread commendation, Trump has denied using such language, tweeting, “Never said anything derogatory about Haitians other than Haiti is, obviously, a very poor and troubled country.”
