I’m going to take a wild guess and say she is on drugs right?
A West Virginia woman was arrested for beheading her boyfriend before telling cops, “You have to take me back and let me get my heads,” as they drove her away from the bloody scene, authorities said.
A judge in Mercer County said further assessment is needed to evaluate the mental competency of Roena Cheryl Mills, who is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 29-year-old Bo Allen White, WVNS reported.
Mills, according to court documents obtained by the station, was found covered in blood while wearing a glove on her left hand when deputies responded on April 1 to a home on Eden Valley Road in Lerona.
Using a fake name, Mills, 41, told responding deputies she was cut and left bloodied after being thrown through a glass door. She then got combative with officers and was placed under arrest. Once inside a deputy’s cruiser, Mills reportedly said: “You have to take me back and let me get my heads.”
Later that day, cops were tipped off to the decapitated body of a man found on another block in town. A different, unidentified part of his body was also found where Mills was arrested, WVNS reports.
The killing, according to the criminal complaint, was a “decapitation homicide,” Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney George Sitler said.
“That’s how it appears,” Sitler told West Virginia MetroNews.
A court-ordered mental status evaluation will determine if Mills can face trial in White’s brutal death. The case will then be presented to a grand jury in June. If 12 of 16 grand jurors find probable cause in the alleged killing, Mills will be indicted either on a first- or second-degree murder charge, according to the prosecutor.
“Even though she’s only been initially charged with second-degree murder because there was some initial doubt about premeditation, [the] grand jury could certainly indict her for first-degree murder,” Sitler told the station.
Mills, of Rural Retreat, Virginia, remained in custody at the Southern Regional Jail in Raleigh on $210,000 cash-only bail as of Monday, jail records show.
While in custody at the jail, Mills — who was dating White, according to his father — had been talking about killing someone, employees told WVNS.
Deputies were called to the second home after its owners saw someone suspicious in their driveway, WVNews reports. A glove matching one that Mills was wearing at the time was found earlier at White’s home, according to the station.
Illegal Immigrants In Line At The Department of Motor Vehicles office in Stanton, Calif
More than 1 million undocumented immigrants have received driver’s licenses, the California Department of Motor Vehicles announced Wednesday.
Assembly Bill 60, authored by then-Assemblyman Luis Alejo in 2013, required California DMV offices to issue driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants as long as they can prove their identity and residence within the state. The law has led to 1,001,000 undocumented immigrants receiving licenses as of March 31 but doesn’t give the licensees carte blanche to drive outside of California or fly across state or federal borders.
“Immigrants are getting tested, licensed and insured and this is making our roads safer for everyone,” said Alejo, now a Monterey County supervisor, in a prepared statement. “Today, we see the law working the way it was intended to and has dramatically improved the lives of a million immigrants and their families.”
This is what happens when you give illegals drivers licenses. We have enough bad drivers in America damit!
Twelve states plus Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico allow undocumented immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses. Undocumented immigrants were free to receive driver’s licenses anywhere in the U.S. until 1993, when California became the first state to restrict access and 45 others followed suit.
In 2015, the first year the law took effect, approximately 605,000 undocumented immigrants received licenses. Fewer people applied after an initial spike, and the DMV now issues about 10,000 AB 60 licenses statewide per month.
A study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences showed hit-and-run accidents dropped in California after AB 60 went into effect, and had no discernible impact on the total number of crashes or auto-related fatalities in the state. The California Research Bureau’s required January 2018 report found no AB 60 license holders had filed complaints with state agencies alleging discrimination related to their license ownership.

The ‘condom snorting challenge’ is every parent’s worst nightmare
Viral videos posted on social media show teenagers snorting condoms as part of a so-called “condom snorting challenge.”
In the videos, teens put an unwrapped condom up one of their nostrils and inhale until the condom comes out of their mouth. Like other viral challenges, the condom snorting challenge has been around for years but recently reemerged on social media.
In San Antonio, Stephen Enriquez, who teaches drug and alcohol prevention to parents, has also started to teach parents about dangerous online trends like the condom snorting challenge, KABB-TV reported.
“Because these days our teens are doing everything for likes, views, and subscribers,” Enriquez told the station. “As graphic as it is, we have to show parents because teens are going online looking for challenges and recreating them.”
And this isn’t the first time that teens have done questionable things in the pursuit of Internet fame. In 2012, more than 50,000 YouTube video clips showed young people swallow a tablespoon of dry cinnamon with no water, gag and spew out a cloud of orange dust as part of the “cinnamon challenge.”
Likewise, just before the New Year, a spate of teenage poisonings were reported in the U.S. as a result of an Internet-based dare encouraging youths to post video of themselves biting or eating Tide Pods. The stunt, dubbed “The Tide Pod Challenge,” has resulted in poison centers reporting 142 incidents in January.
While teens may think the condom snorting challenge goes without consequences, it can be dangerous, Bruce Y. Lee, a Forbes contributor and associate professor of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, said in a recent column.
Lee writes that with the exception of doctor-prescribed nasal sprays, “anything else that goes up your nose can damage the sensitive inner lining of your nose, cause an allergic reaction, or result in an infection.”
He notes that the condom could also get stuck in the nasal cavity or the throat and cause someone to choke.
Mother Crashed Into Pole To Prove To Her Kids God Is Real, Police Say
CBS Local — A Georgia woman crashed her SUV into a telephone pole in an attempt to convince her children that god was real and would protect them.
Police in Norcross say that Bahari Shaquille Warren veered into oncoming traffic with her two children in the backseat and eventually hit a pole on the side of the road. Warren’s children, ages five and seven, claim their mother intentionally wrecked the car to prove her point.
“Her eyes (were) closed and she was saying, ‘blah, blah, blah, I love God,’” one of the woman’s daughters said, via the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “She wanted us to know that God is real.”
Local police also said the 25-year-old admitted to crashing on purpose after telling her kids to buckle their seat belts. The mother of two is now being held in the Gwinnett County jail and her children are living with their grandparents.
Neither of the children were injured in the crash however, Warren has been charged with two counts child cruelty for the March 21 incident.
Pakistan rapist ‘let off’ after sick deal ‘allowing victim’s brother to rape his sister’
The case of ‘revenge rape’ involving two families has was uncovered by cops after they drew up documents agreeing to the depraved deal
A FAMILY allegedly let off their daughter’s rapist after a sick trade let the victim’s brother do the same to her attacker’s sister.
The twisted case of “revenge rape” involving two families has been uncovered by cops in Pakistan.
One man had been accused of raping a woman in Pir Mahal in the Toba Tek Singh district of Punjab province, on March 20.
The suspect’s family had approached the victim’s family for “pardon and reconciliation”, according to local news reports.
Staggeringly the victim’s family agreed to pardon the rapist, on the appalling condition that “her brother would commit the same act with the suspect’s sister”, dawn.com reports.
A meeting between the two families agreed to the terms, and the brother then allegedly had sex with the suspected rapist’s sister on March 21.
Cops found out about the case when the two families prepared legal documents agreeing not to press charges against each other.
Pir Mahal Police Sub-Inspector Shaukat Ali Javed saw the papers and reported the families to his superiors.
All 12 people at the meeting, including four women, one of which was the victim of the second rape, were arrested on Saturday.
The case has chilling similarities another incident in the southern city of Multan last July, where a village council ordered the “revenge rape” of a 16-year-old girl.
The girl’s brother had sexually assaulted a 12-year-old, and the attack was reportedly carried out in front of her parents and 40 members of the village council.
Bringing A Rock To A Gun Fight Is Like Fighting This Creature With A Plastic Fork.
The superintendent of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania’s Blue Mountain School District says his students avail themselves of rocks with which to defend against mass shooters.
WNEP reports that superintendent Dr. David Helsel told a Pennsylvania House Education Committee, “Every classroom has been equipped with a five-gallon bucket of river stone. If an armed intruder attempts to gain entrance into any of our classrooms, they will face a classroom full students armed with rocks and they will be stoned.”
Bringing A Rock To A Gun Fight Will Get You Put In Boothill Graveyard In Tombstone City.
Helsel explained how the plan to throw rocks came about: “At one time I just had the idea of river stone, they`re the right size for hands, you can throw them very hard and they will create or cause pain, which can distract.”
He stressed that doors have been re-enforced, making them difficult to break through, and students have also been trained in “barricading the doors” to make breaching them even more difficult. But the students are armed with rocks in the event that a shooter does get through.
