Pervy Canadian Teacher Punished for Possibly Faking His Transgenderism

The apparent transgender Canadian teacher who went viral for wearing a wig and gigantic prosthetic breasts at school last fall has ditched that look for the upcoming school year, causing many to wonder if his getup was all a hoax.

Kayla Lemieux, the Canadian teacher known for wearing a wig and Z-cup prosthetic breasts under form-fitting tops, was recently seen walking around clad in men’s attire with a scruffy beard and no breasts or wig, according to photos and video obtained by Daily Mail.

Lemieux has been showing up to Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School in Hamilton, Ontario, dressed as a man just days before classes are set to begin, leaving many wondering if the stunt he pulled last year was all a hoax.

The Canadian school teacher did not respond when he was questioned by a Daily Mail reporter who asked him why he claimed his breasts were real when he knew that they were not.

Lemieux also did not respond after being asked if he would show up to teach classes dressed as a man or woman.

The teacher had previously insisted his enormous breasts were real, which he said was a result of a rare condition called “gigantomastia,” and claimed that he was not transgender but rather intersex — meaning he was born with male and female sex organs.

Lemieux had also admitted that he did not have any proof from a doctor to back up his claims.

As Breitbart News reported earlier this year, Lemieux was placed on paid leave from his job working as a teacher at Oakville-Trafalgar High School in Oakville, Ontario, after photos surfaced of him outside the classroom wherein his large prosthetic breasts were nowhere to be seen, calling into question his transgender bona fides.

Lemieux was caught this week at Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School dressed as a man, again without his gigantic prosthetic breasts. It remains unclear if the school teacher’s transgender getup was a hoax.

Nonetheless, principal Tom Fisher reportedly warned parents in a letter of “possible media interest onsite and protests” when the school re-opens on Wednesday.

This, the principal explained, is due to the hiring of an “experienced educator” who was “recently the subject of public attention, pertaining to their gender expression, while teaching at a school in a different community.”

While Fisher did not name Lemieux, the principal listed precautions, such as “having students enter and exit the building using assigned doors at entry and dismissal” and “locking exterior doors during school hours, only using the front main doors during school hours.”

‘Can’t Get It Done’: Dershowitz And Turley Pour Cold Water On Idea That Trump’s Trials Will Begin Before Election

  • Legal experts said that former President Donald Trump’s criminal trials are unlikely to occur before the 2024 general election.
  • Trump’s criminal proceedings in four jurisdictions are currently in a pre-trial phase, involving discovery, motions, jury selection and interlocutory appeals — which experts believe will delay the process by over a year.
  • “It’s like asking a brain surgeon to perform an operation with three days’ notice,” said Alan Dershowitz.

Legal experts have said that former President Donald Trump’s trials in four separate criminal proceedings are unlikely to be held before the general election in November 2024.

Trump, who is the leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, has been indicted four times in New York, Florida, Washington, D.C. and Georgia on state and federal charges. Following Trump’s initial appearances, prosecutors in each jurisdiction have been seeking a speedy trial despite protests from his legal team, with experts saying it’s likely that the trials will occur after the general election.

“They’re trying to get convictions before the election,” said Alan Dershowitz, the Felix Frankfurter professor emeritus at Harvard Law School and author of the book “Get Trump,” to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “[But] they can’t get it done in two weeks, they know it will take longer than that.”

Dershowitz’s comments refer to the initial attempt by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is prosecuting Trump in Miami and Washington, D.C., to have the latter trial begin on Jan. 2, 2024, two weeks before the Iowa Caucuses. Trump has moved to have the trial pushed back to April 2026.

Meanwhile, in Florida, a federal judge tentatively set Aug. 14, 2024, as the beginning of his trial in Smith’s other case, where Trump is accused of violating the Espionage Act by refusing to return classified documents he stored at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, during his presidency.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has requested that Trump’s Georgia trial begin on March 4, 2024. After one of Trump’s co-defendants, Kenneth Chesebro, asserted his constitutional right to a speedy trial, Willis’s office moved for the trial to begin on Oct. 23, 2023.

Trump has opposed Willis’ request and filed a motion in opposition on Thursday. The complexity of the case and others Trump is facing, as well as the likelihood of appeals to pre-trial proceedings, lead legal experts to believe that it is unlikely any of Trump’s trials will begin before Nov. 5, 2024, when the general election is held.

“[I]t seems unlikely that most [trials] will proceed as scheduled. There are threshold challenges and dispositive motions that will have to be addressed. Some may involve appeals,” said Jonathan Turley, the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro professor of public interest law at The George Washington University Law School, to the DCNF. He added that “[t]hese dates seem highly optimistic and a tad opportunistic by prosecutors.”

In New York, where Trump has been indicted on 34 counts for allegedly falsifying business records related to his $150,000 payment to Stormy Daniels via former attorney Michael Cohen, his trial date has been scheduled for March 25, 2024, according to a judge’s oral order reported by The New York Times. By that date, all but four states will have held their presidential primary contests, according to 270ToWin.com.

“It’s like asking a brain surgeon to perform an operation with three days’ notice,” said Dershowitz, who said the prosecutors are trying to obtain “convictions [of Trump] before the election … it’s a rush to injustice.” He added that the courts will “probably need at least a year” in order to dispose of all pre-trial matters.

Those matters include the process of “discovery,” referring to the defendant’s efforts to gather evidence from the prosecution and construct a defense, motions to exclude evidence, jury selection and interlocutory appeals to the trial judge’s decisions by either party. “Jury selection alone in Georgia’s cases will take several months,” Dershowitz said, adding that “if [the courts] don’t accept the discovery timeline of Trump’s team, these are issues that could be appealed.”

The volume of discovery in each case is voluminous, particularly in Washington, D.C., where Trump has been charged related to his attempts to prevent Congress from certifying the 2020 election on Jan. 6, 2021. In that case, prosecutors turned over 11.6 million pages of discovery to Trump’s legal team following his arrangement on Aug. 3, much of which is subject to strict viewership requirements to safeguard witnesses, according to a court order

“If Trump loses his motions, he will appeal. If he loses at appellate court, he’ll ask to be heard before the Supreme Court. If there’s a ruling in favor of Trump, the state will likely appeal,” said Ronald Carlson, the Fuller E. Callaway professor emeritus at the University of Georgia School of Law, to the DCNF.

Trump’s team is cognizant of this fact and has invoked his criminal proceedings in other jurisdictions to seek later trial dates, according to an Aug. 17 filing by Trump’s attorneys at the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, opposing the special counsel’s proposed trial date. “President Trump must prepare for each of these trials in the coming months. All are independently complex and will require substantial work to defend … these cases will include numerous pre-and-post trial hearings,” they wrote.

The most immediate of these matters concern the removal of state court cases to federal court, which some of Trump’s co-defendants, such as former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, have petitioned to do. While a federal judge rejected his attempt to remove his case in New York, experts believe that Trump is likely to do so in Georgia.

“There will be multiple motions to remove the Georgia case to federal court for defendants like Trump and Meadows,” said Turley. Carlson said that the likelihood of a removal petition by even one defendant — given that Wills has vowed to prosecute all defendants together — means that pre-trial proceedings in that case “could take up to a year.” These motions create an “ample opportunity for him to delay the trial,” Carlson claimed.

For these reasons, it is unlikely that Trump will face a jury in any of his cases before voters cast their ballots on Nov. 5, 2024. Over 60% of Americans, including 89% of all Democrats, want Trump’s trials to be held before the election, according to an Ipsos poll released on Friday.

Supremes To Decide if Trump Can Run for President

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to weigh in on arguments that Democrats and some Republicans are making that former President Donald Trump should be barred from running again for office under a provision of the 14th Amendment.

The high court will consider whether or not to take the case, John Castro v. Donald Trump, during their Sept. 29 conference. A final decision on whether to accept it will be made by Oct. 9, according to the site 1945.

“Castro, a Texas tax attorney, claims that Trump participated in an insurrection against the U.S. government by organizing his rally against certification of the 2020 election on Jan. 6, 2021. He is a declared candidate for the Republican nomination and has previously run for various offices. Castro ran for his first race in 2004 as a Democrat. He is currently running as a write-in candidate,” the site noted further.

His initial lawsuit was tossed out by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in June, the federal judge appointed by Trump who is also overseeing his classified documents case in Miami.

“The decision by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissing Petitioner John Anthony Castro’s civil action on the grounds that he lacks constitutional standing to sue another candidate who is allegedly unqualified to hold public office in the United States pursuant to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution,” the candidate wrote in his Writ of Certiorari to the high court.

He has claimed that Trump’s appearance on the ballot harms his ability to collect small-dollar donations for his campaign.

1945 noted that, according to Federal Election Commission records, Castro has raised $0 in donations, but the AI tech company founder has loaned his campaign $20 million in personal funds.

According to his Supreme Court brief, Castro said his objective is to “display his executive leadership by single-handedly ending Trump’s political career.”

1945 notes further:

Castro claims that Trump waited 187 minutes to tell the rioters who stormed the Capitol to leave despite the fact that the former president repeatedly tweeted for calm within the first hour of the riot. His original suit claimed that Trump incited an “insurrection” by saying his followers should “Fight like hell,” which likely was a figurative reference considering that he talked about “peacefully” walking to the Capitol.

He also claims that Trump gave aid and comfort to insurrectionists when he told those who showed up for his rally and those at the Capitol that they were “very special.” Castro’s additional claim that Trump is a supporter of an insurrection is based on Trump’s promise that he would pardon prosecuted January 6 rioters.

Castro has been attempting to thwart Trump’s third bid for the White House since February 2022, according to his Facebook page after filing complaints with the Federal Election Commission.

“Tomorrow’s federal lawsuit against the FEC and Trump is just the beginning. I will not rest until Trump is banned from public office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment along with every federal, state, and local public official that expressed support for the January 6 Insurrection. #StormIsComing #IAmTheStorm,” Castro wrote in a Feb. 10, 2022 post.

“The Ukraine Crisis is the making of multiple presidencies, including Trump. No doubt Obama failed to respond to Russia’s 2014 invasion of Crimea. But Trump had 4 years to do something and instead did nothing. Now he’s calling Putin a ‘genius’ and rooting for him?! TREASON,” Castro wrote later in the month.

Legal experts have repeatedly weighed in on the claim that Trump should be ineligible to hold federal office again under the Constitution.

One of them, Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, “noted that no formal mechanism exists to determine that a President of the United States of America participated in an ‘insurrection’ in a recent newsletter.”

BREAKING: DOJ Prosecutors Seek 120 Days in Prison for Infowars Owen Shroyer for Speaking Out Against Stolen 2020 Election – A Speech Crime

Infowars Host Owen Shroyer pleaded guilty in June to a single Class A Misdemeanor of Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds on January 6, 2021.

The highly talented journalist was initially charged in August 2021 — eight months after remaining outside the US Capitol on January 6.

After nearly two years of fighting charges related to his presence outside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 Owen made the decision to plead guilty to a lesser charge.

Shroyer allowed the government to review his social media accounts — likely looking for any scrap of incriminating wrong-think they could find.

Owen stood outside the US Capitol. Owen and Alex Jones warned people about going inside the Capitol. They knew it was a setup. Instead of being awarded medals for their actions that day, the regime arrested Owen months later on bogus charges. After all, he IS a Trump supporter.

Today DOJ prosecutors sought 120 days of prison time for Owen. They want him prosecuted for “speech crimes.”

Who are the real criminals here?

Do not fool yourself. The regime wants to treat every Trump supporter like this. They want to jail us all. And they will do just that if we let them.

Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was ‘prolific’ snitch!

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys extremist group, has a past as an informer for federal and local law enforcement, repeatedly working undercover for investigators after he was arrested in 2012, according to a former prosecutor and a transcript of a 2014 federal court proceeding obtained by Reuters.

In the Miami hearing, a federal prosecutor, a Federal Bureau of Investigation agent and Tarrio’s own lawyer described his undercover work and said he had helped authorities prosecute more than a dozen people in various cases involving drugs, gambling and human smuggling.

Tarrio, in an interview with Reuters Tuesday, denied working undercover or cooperating in cases against others. “I don’t know any of this,” he said, when asked about the transcript. “I don’t recall any of this.”

Law-enforcement officials and the court transcript contradict Tarrio’s denial. In a statement to Reuters, the former federal prosecutor in Tarrio’s case, Vanessa Singh Johannes, confirmed that “he cooperated with local and federal law enforcement, to aid in the prosecution of those running other, separate criminal enterprises, ranging from running marijuana grow houses in Miami to operating pharmaceutical fraud schemes.”

Tarrio, 36, is a high-profile figure who organizes and leads the right-wing Proud Boys in their confrontations with those they believe to be Antifa, short for “anti-fascism,” an amorphous and often violent leftist movement. The Proud Boys were involved in the deadly insurrection at the Capitol January 6.

The records uncovered by Reuters are startling because they show that a leader of a far-right group now under intense scrutiny by law enforcement was previously an active collaborator with criminal investigators.

Washington police arrested Tarrio in early January when he arrived in the city two days before the Capitol Hill riot. He was charged with possessing two high-capacity rifle magazines, and burning a Black Lives Matter banner during a December demonstration by supporters of former President Donald Trump. The D.C. Superior Court ordered him to leave the city pending a court date in June.

Though Tarrio did not take part in the Capitol insurrection, at least five Proud Boys members have been charged in the riot. The FBI previously said Tarrio’s earlier arrest was an effort to preempt the events of January 6.

The transcript from 2014 shines a new light on Tarrio’s past connections to law enforcement. During the hearing, the prosecutor and Tarrio’s defense attorney asked a judge to reduce the prison sentence of Tarrio and two co-defendants. They had pleaded guilty in a fraud case related to the relabeling and sale of stolen diabetes test kits.

The prosecutor said Tarrio’s information had led to the prosecution of 13 people on federal charges in two separate cases, and had helped local authorities investigate a gambling ring.

Tarrio’s then-lawyer Jeffrey Feiler said in court that his client had worked undercover in numerous investigations, one involving the sale of anabolic steroids, another regarding “wholesale prescription narcotics” and a third targeting human smuggling. He said Tarrio helped police uncover three marijuana grow houses, and was a “prolific” cooperator.

In the smuggling case, Tarrio, “at his own risk, in an undercover role met and negotiated to pay $11,000 to members of that ring to bring in fictitious family members of his from another country,” the lawyer said in court.

In an interview, Feiler said he did not recall details about the case but added, “The information I provided to the court was based on information provided to me by law enforcement and the prosecutor.”

An FBI agent at the hearing called Tarrio a “key component” in local police investigations involving marijuana, cocaine and MDMA, or ecstasy. The Miami FBI office declined comment.

There is no evidence Tarrio has cooperated with authorities since then. In interviews with Reuters, however, he said that before rallies in various cities, he would let police departments know of the Proud Boys’ plans. It is unclear if this was actually the case. He said he stopped this coordination after December 12 because the D.C. police had cracked down on the group.

Tarrio on Tuesday acknowledged that his fraud sentence was reduced, from 30 months to 16 months, but insisted that leniency was provided only because he and his co-defendants helped investigators “clear up” questions about his own case. He said he never helped investigate others.

That comment contrasts with statements made in court by the prosecutor, his lawyer and the FBI. The judge in the case, Joan A. Lenard, said Tarrio “provided substantial assistance in the investigation and prosecution of other persons involved in criminal conduct.”

As Trump supporters challenged the Republican’s election loss in often violent demonstrations, Tarrio stood out for his swagger as he led crowds of mostly white Proud Boys in a series of confrontations and street brawls in Washington, D.C., Portland, Oregon, and elsewhere.

The Proud Boys, founded in 2016, began as a group protesting political correctness and perceived constraints on masculinity. It grew into a group with distinctive colors of yellow and black that embraced street fighting. In September their profile soared when Trump called on them to “Stand back and stand by.”

Tarrio, based in Miami, became the national chairman of the group in 2018.

In November and December, Tarrio led the Proud Boys through the streets of D.C. after Trump’s loss. Video shows him on December 11 with a bullhorn in front of a large crowd. “To the parasites both in Congress, and in that stolen White House,” he said. “You want a war, you got one!” The crowd roared. The next day Tarrio burned the BLM banner.

Former prosecutor Johannes said she was surprised that the defendant she prosecuted for fraud is now a key player in the violent movement that sought to halt the certification of President Joe Biden.

“I knew that he was a fraudster – but had no reason to know that he was also a domestic terrorist,” she said.

Passenger Poops His Pants – Delta Flight Makes U-Turn Due to Passenger’s Diarrhea Crisis (Video)

In what may be one of the most unusual incidents to ever disrupt an international flight, a Delta flight from Atlanta, Georgia to Barcelona, Spain had to turn around mid-flight. The reason? A passenger onboard suffered from an extreme bout of diarrhea, creating what the pilots called a “biohazard” situation.

Flight DL194 was cruising over Virginia after taking off from Georgia at 8:47 p.m. on Friday, September 1. Everything seemed normal until the unthinkable happened.

A text message sent to Air Traffic Control by the captain was remarkably straightforward about the crisis: “Divert to ATL — passenger diarrhea all over aircraft — biohazard.”

An unidentified man “had diarrhea all the way through the plane.” A viral video showed that the excrement was literally down the “entire” aisle.

Air traffic control audio recordings reveal the pilot confirming the problem: “This is a biohazard issue… It’s just a biohazard issue, we had a passenger who had diarrhea all the way through the airplane so they want us to come back to Atlanta.”

A Delta Airlines Airbus A350 turned around back to Atlanta Friday night because of diarrhea throughout the airplane from a passenger and it’s a biohazard. 👀🥴

After the plane landed, a Herculean effort was required to make the Airbus A350 flight-ready again. According to Daily Mail, the entire carpet had to be replaced. Ground crews spent five hours in a thorough cleanup operation.

Per the New York Post, “Cleaning crews were able to scrub down the aircraft once it landed in Atlanta since flight records show it was used for another flight.”

Understandably distressed passengers took to social media to share their unbelievable experiences.

John Hurdt wrote, “Both my wife and I were on the flight. It was a mess. The pilots made the right decision to turn around. The ground crew ripped out the carpet and put new in. Considering the circumstances, the ground crew did a great job, along the attendants and the pilots.”

Dee W also wrote, “My partner was on that flight! It was pretty bad. It was dribbled down the aisle, smelled horrible. The vanilla scented disinfectant used on it only made it smell like vanilla s***. After the plane landed, it was thoroughly cleaned. They didn’t leave until around 2:30 am.”

A spokesperson for Delta noted that the flight eventually landed in Barcelona at 5:16 p.m. the following day. It is unclear whether the individual rejoined the flight to Barcelona or sought medical attention upon arrival in Atlanta.

“Our teams worked as quickly and safely as possible to thoroughly clean the airplane and get our customers to their final destination. We sincerely apologize to our customers for the delay and inconvenience to their travel plans,” the statement from Delta read.
