Mathematician Who Proved Voter Fraud to Arizona Suspended On Twitter For Speaking The Truth

A mathematician who offered the results of his investigation regarding allegations of voter fraud in front of members of the Arizona State Legislature said that he was banned from Twitter.

“Just got suspended OFF TWITTER AGAIN…. Guess I’m no longer welcomed there anymore,” Bobby Piton wrote on social media website Parler.

An account on Twitter with his name says, “Account suspended … Twitter suspends accounts which violate the Twitter Rules.” It’s unclear why Piton’s account was suspended, and Twitter has not yet responded to a request for comment.

Piton, in the event on Monday, stated that based on his analysis, “I would have never certified” the election results in some battleground states. “I’d rather resign than certify those results,” he said, adding “I believe they’re fraudulent … assuming that the data that I got is accurate.”

After Piton’s remarks in the legislature event, it appears that Twitter suspended the account, according to users.

Secretaries of state in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and others have said they’ve received no evidence showing that there was fraud or irregularities to overturn the election. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, who was criticized by Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Linda Brickman in

Monday’s event for allegedly being “bought and paid for,” appeared to issue a statement after the event, saying that “in Arizona, we have some of the strongest election laws in the country, laws that prioritize accountability and clearly lay out procedures for conducting, canvassing, and even contesting the results of an election.”

Also in the hearing, several people testified, including a cybersecurity expert and retired Army colonel, who asserted that Dominion Voting Systems machines—of which some were used in Arizona’s Maricopa County—said that a user guide shows users how to connect to the Internet. Dominion has denied that its machines can connect to the Internet, while its CEO dismissed vote-switching or foreign influence in a recent opinion piece.

“The Dominion suite user manual is about an inch and a half thick. My team went back through the user manual and looked at all the instances where in the user’s manual, it tells operators to connect the ethernet cords to the router, and it is, the systems are connected to the internet,” said Phil Waldron, the cybersecurity expert, in front of members of the Arizona Legislature.

Meanwhile, a woman who said she was an observer in Pima County claimed to have witnessed a large number of people who had recently moved to the state vote. Many of them, she alleged, didn’t even have Arizona drivers’ licenses or IDs and instead presented bills that suggested they lived in the precinct.

“I was having to allow people to vote who literally had just moved here. A large percentage had addresses from two apartment complexes,” poll observer Anna Orth said, adding that many were not “residents for more than a month,” which, if true, would be a violation of state law.

Mark Zuckerberg And His Wife Gave $400 Million To Influence The Election

Facebook magnate Mark Zuckerberg and his wife gave a nonprofit $400 million to pay election workers, train poll workers and rent polling locations for the Nov. 3 vote in various states.

The Zuckerbergs’ largesse is an unprecedented private expenditure on a process long held to be an exclusively public operation and has spurred at least nine lawsuits challenging the effort by the Center for Tech and Civil Life.

The donation to the center roughly equals what Congress appropriated to the states in this year’s CARES Act to pay for running elections in 2020 amid the tumult of the COVID-19 pandemic, critics charged.

“We’ve invited billionaires into the counting room and it will undermine the integrity of our elections. It’s unprecedented,” said Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project, an initiative started by the conservative Thomas More Society to defend civil liberties.

“We are headed toward a situation in which Big Tech controls the flow of information and the election process. These are the first things any oligarchy wants to control when it takes power.”

The Center for Tech and Civic Life, which was established in 2015, received $300 million from Mr. Zuckerberg’s wife, Priscilla Chan, on Sept. 1 and then another $100 million on Oct. 13, according to the center’s press releases.

Among the group’s top directors are three people who were previously cyberspace operatives with the liberal grassroots group New Organizing Institute, according to the nonprofit’s website.

The center did not respond to questions from The Washington Times.

The Zuckerbergs’ second contribution came after nine court challenges in state and federal courts failed at the first level, though eight cases remain active on appeal. The center indicated some of the money will go to lawyers defending their operation.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, whose office filed a lawsuit initially rejected by a district court judge, said private money spent in any amount on elections is “inherently insidious.”

“Irrespective of whether the court rules in our favor or not, we believe it is still illegal and improper for state election officials to take money in the manner they are giving it out,” he said.

Mr. Landry has asked the district court to reconsider its ruling, and he plans to appeal if it is upheld.

He likened the project, which involves “money being sprinkled around the country in an inequitable manner,” to an “invisible hand” that could influence how ballots are collected and counted.

“And we’ve got enough money,” Mr. Landry said of Louisiana’s election apparatus. “If Zuckerberg wants to do this, he should give the money through proper channels so we don’t have corporate boardrooms and billionaires spending the money.”

It is not clear exactly how the money is being spent.

More than 2,100 local election jurisdictions applied for grants that can be used for drive-through voting, poll worker recruitment, hazard pay, training and polling place rental, among other items, according to the website.

The Center for Tech and Civic Life website also says it does not serve partisan interests and is not trying to influence the elections’ outcome.

Mr. Kline contends that is exactly the project’s goal.

One of the complaints says that the group distributed money primarily in grants to Democratic regions. Thus far, that argument has not held up in court and is based on what critics acknowledge is an incomplete picture of how much the group has spent and where it has done so.

A graphic at the group’s website, however, does show heavy grant-giving in traditionally blue areas. A red dot on a U.S. map is used to show each grant application the nonprofit received, and the dots virtually cover Michigan’s mitten and are thickly clustered along the Northeastern seaboard.

The center, which says it trains election workers and seeks to expand voter information, says on its website that more than 80 million voters in 2018 — more than two-thirds of the total ballots cast nationwide — were “served by election officials trained by CTCL.”

The Amistad Project said that through legal pleadings it uncovered correspondence between the group and Cory Mason, the Democratic mayor of Racine, Wisconsin, last April. In it, the the center offers Mr. Mason $100,000 of which $60,000 can be for Racine and the rest spent on getting heavily Democratic areas near Racine to file grant applications.

In Philadelphia, long a Democratic stronghold, money provided by the center is to be used to establish 800 polling places, an increase of 76% from the number of polling places the city had in the primaries, according to an August email sent to the center by Nick Custodio, a deputy commissioner in the Philadelphia election office.

“The number of total ballots cast is expected to be between 730,000 and 800,000,” Mr. Custodio writes in bold, figures that would mark between a 21% and 25% increase from the total number of Philadelphia voters in the 2012 and 2016 elections.

Philadelphia voters traditionally break about 70% to 30% in favor of Democratic candidates, and the city with its former polling places produced some 600,000 votes in the 2012 and 2016 elections. Mr. Trump won Pennsylvania in 2016 by fewer than 45,000 votes.

Mr. Landry said one way the grant money could be used would be to send out prepaid return ballots in heavily Democratic districts around New Orleans, “while some guy in a rural parish still has to buy his 50-cent stamp.”

The deadline for election officials to apply for a grant from the center has passed, according to the website.

“They’re betting the law won’t respond in time to stop this project,” Mr. Kline said. “And they’re probably right, but they know it’s wrong.”

Connecticut Governor Wants To Destroy Small Businesses By Imposes $10,000 Fine for Businesses Violating COVID-19 Rules

Connecticut’s governor on Tuesday increased fines for businesses found in violation of COVID-19 rules to $10,000.

Gov. Ned Lamont’s executive order escalated the fines from $500, citing feedback from municipal leaders, public health officials, and “people from within the business community.”

“The sector rules and capacity limits we’ve implemented are intended to mitigate the spread of this disease to the greatest extent possible,” Lamont said in a statement, referring to COVID-19.

“While the overwhelming majority of businesses in Connecticut have shown an incredible amount of leadership and have been fantastic partners in this front, we have seen a small number of businesses in flagrant violation of these public health rules, and that’s all you need to cause a super-spreading event that leads to a large number of cases and hospitalizations,” he added.

“Increasing compliance with the protocols we’ve already enacted is an important responsibility in keeping our communities safe. We want to do everything we can to mitigate the further spread of this virus while avoiding the implementation of more restrictions or lockdowns on our already hard-hit economy and small businesses.”

The order states that an owner or person having possession of, or exercising dominion and control over a nonresidential property, who violates rules limiting the size and capacity shall be subject to a fine of $10,000 per violation.

Private gatherings at residential properties and religious gatherings are exempt.

Enforcement is delegated to local health directors.

People who are fined can appeal to the Department of Public Health.

The new fines start at 12:01 a.m. on Thanksgiving.

State Rep. Vincent Candelora, a Republican, said in response that the increased fine “is a punch in the gut to the state’s business community, which for months has struggled with ever-changing and often confusing directives from the governor’s team.”

“Scaring employers into compliance with the threat of a big fine isn’t what’s needed, and this path will only erode what little confidence they have in [the] state government’s ability to help them through a period of recovery,” he added.

Other fines in place in Connecticut include $500 for organizers of events that run over limits set by state officials, $250 for attending such events, and $100 for not wearing a mask in public.

COVID-19 is the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus. Most patients experience few or no symptoms but in some, particularly the elderly and those with compromised immune systems, the disease can manifest severely. It kills a small percentage of patients.

Symptoms include cough, fever, and chills.

In a little over a week, groups of volunteer IT specialists, Data Analysts, Auditors and more, have uncovered enough potential fraud to overturn the 2020 Election.

Over the past week, groups of professionals have gathered to ensure election integrity was present in the 2020 election.  These groups of Trump and America loving patriots are working on their own time and digging into election data to identify potential evidence of fraud.  Despite the MSM promoting a group of ‘experts’ claiming this was ‘the most secure election ever‘, the real evidence indicates a total different story.

In just a week we have uncovered enough potentially fraudulent activities and votes to overturn the 2020 election.

We’ve reported on numerous incidents of fraudulent activities across the country in this election.  From false claims of a water main break in Atlanta, to control deficiencies in the electronic voting machines used across the country, the lost flash drive in Milwaukee, to turning off the signature fraud confirmation software tools in Nevada, this election was a mess.

There are numerous legal questions as well, such has how to address the numerous illegal and corrupt activities the Democrats carried out in Michigan to steal the election.

Shockingly, Pennsylvania may have been worse.  (See the Trump team complaint in Pennsylvania for proof.)

There are enough legal issues identified to date to indicate this was the most corrupt election in US history.

So what is the impact?

Today we can say that there is enough information presently available on the potential fraudulent activities that when quantified would overturn the election.

The biggest potential fraud identified to date is related to the data coming from the voting machines themselves. 

After we had identified a number of anomalies where votes appeared to be ‘switched’ from President Trump to Joe Biden, a group of experts dug into election data and found this was not an innocent mistake.  By using election day data, this group found millions of votes removed from President Trump and placed in the Biden column.  (This data is now being reviewed but our initial results are consistent with the group’s reporting.)

These votes have not been confirmed by the Trump team or the states, so they are not final.  There is also ongoing work on dead people who voted, felons who illegally voted, and more.  Democrats have a history of committing voter fraud, so there is more to do.

Don’t listen to the corrupt and dishonest media which never praises the President’s efforts or reports on his successes and always sides with corrupt perpetrators. 

Already there is enough information to overturn this election.

BREAKING: Pennsylvania Court Rules Secretary of State Improperly Changed Deadline 2 Days Before Election Day

A Pennsylvania judge ruled in favor of President Donald Trump’s campaign on Thursday, saying Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar overstepped her authority to change an election deadline two days before Election Day last week.

“The Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Boards of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline … for certain electors to verify proof of identification,” Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt wrote in her order (pdf) on Thursday afternoon.

Boockvar, a Democrat, submitted guidance saying proof of identification could be provided to vote up until Nov. 12. State law stipulates that voters have until Nov. 9 to deal with problems regarding a lack of proof of identification. Boockvar, the top election official in the state, issued the guidance after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled mail-in ballots could be accepted three days following Nov. 3.

Boockvar issued the new guidance on Nov. 1, two days before Election Day. Trump’s lawyers had argued that the secretary had no power to unilaterally change the date.

The court had previously ordered that ballots from voters who provided identification between Nov. 10 and Nov. 12 have to be segregated until a new ruling is issued about what should be done with them.

“Accordingly, the court hereby orders that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated pursuant to … this court’s order,” the judge added, meaning that those ballots now shouldn’t be counted. It’s not clear how many ballots are at stake.

Last week on Nov. 5, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled in favor of the Trump campaign after they argued Boockvar broke the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) when she unilaterally extended the deadline for absentee and mail-in voters to provide any missing proof of identification between Nov. 9 to Nov. 12.

Leavitt’s decision could be appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Earlier this week, Boockvar said that around 10,000 mail-in ballots were received during the contested three-day grace period between when polls closed on Election Day and 5 p.m. the following Friday. Boockvar also said that Pennsylvania’s election officials received 94,000 provisional ballots, and that around 49,000 mail ballots that arrived before polls closed on Election Day remain to be tallied, according to Pennlive.

Trump’s campaign and Republicans are now awaiting a U.S. Supreme Court decision about whether the Pennsylvania Supreme Court acted legally in granting a three-day extension for accepting mail-in ballots. Several Republican attorneys general from other states have issued amicus briefs and joined the lawsuit against Pennsylvania’s top court.

Meanwhile, there are other outstanding legal challenges in Pennsylvania, including one where they are slated to have a hearing on thousands of ballots that were allegedly improperly counted.

More Fraud: 132,000 Ballots in Fulton County, Georgia Have Been Identified Which Are Likely Ineligible

Huge news tonight.  There are reportedly 132,000 change of address flags in Fulton County, Georgia ballots. These ballots are likely ineligible.

Kyle Becker and People’s Pundit on Twitter announced moments ago that 132,000 ballots in Fulton Country Georgia are likely ineligible.

If these ballots are deemed ineligible, the state of Georgia is almost certainly won by President Trump and this is before the illegal voter harvesting in recent days is addressed.
