Incoming! John McCain Leaked Dossiers of ‘Trump-Russia Connection’

A traitor who sucks Viet Cong dick.

John McCain faces questions in Trump-Russia

dossier case

Sen. John McCain faces questions in a defamation lawsuit about leaks leading to publication of the now-infamous dossier that alleged Donald Trump’s campaign had connections to Russian operatives, McClatchy has learned.

The dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele and his London firm, Orbis Business Intelligence Ltd., amounted to a collection of uncorroborated reports of collusion gathered as political research for sale to Trump’s opponents. It proved explosive when published by online news site BuzzFeed on Jan. 10.

Now, two lawsuits — one in the United States and a second in the U.K. — are being brought by lawyers for Aleksej Gubarev, a Cyprus-based Internet entrepreneur whom Steele’s Russian sources accused of cyber spying against the Democratic Party leadership.

According to a new court document in the British lawsuit, counsel for defendants Steele and Orbis repeatedly point to McCain, R-Ariz., a vocal Trump critic, and a former State Department official as two in a handful of people known to have had copies of the full document before it circulated among journalists and was published by BuzzFeed.

The court document obtained by McClatchy confirms that Sir Andrew Wood, a former British ambassador to Moscow and a Russia adviser to former Prime Minister Tony Blair, discussed the 35-page dossier with McCain.

“The Defendants considered that the issues were self-evidently relevant to the national security of the US, UK and their allies,” the document says, explaining why Steele and his partner, Christopher Burrows, felt it necessary to share the dossier’s findings.

Wood had told Britain’s The Guardian in January that McCain had reached out to him about the dossier, and had obtained it through other means. The court document confirms that Wood, Steele and former State Department official David Kramer decided together that new information gathered after the election should be shared with authorities in Britain and the United States.

A McCain spokesperson declined to comment Monday on the new court document, pointing instead to a Jan. 11 statement from the veteran senator about the dossier. “Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I delivered the information to the director of the FBI,” McCain had said then. “That has been the extent of my contact with the FBI or any other government agency regarding this issue.”

In recent congressional testimony, ex-FBI Director James Comey, fired by Trump amid a widening probe, acknowledged receiving the dossier from McCain on Jan. 6. Kramer, a former State Department official who until recently served as a senior director at Arizona State University’s McCain Institute for International Leadership, declined comment.

The British court documents are legal responses in the British suit and do not reflect the entire docket. The British suit is related to a similar lawsuit in the United States against online news site BuzzFeed.

At least a dozen national media organizations had a copy of the Steele dossier before it became public but hadn’t published details because much of the information had not been corroborated.

McClatchy was among them and subsequently published numerous reports on people named in the dossier, including a Russian diplomat and a supposed hacker who apparently is an imprisoned pedophile.

The dossier, without substantiation, said Gubarev’s U.S.-based global web-hosting companies, XBT and Webzilla, planted digital bugs, transmitted viruses and conducted altering operations against the Democratic Party leadership.

While one key name in the dossier was blackened out by BuzzFeed, Gubarev’s was not. He alleges that he was never contacted for comment, suffering reputational harm in the process.

In the court document, Steele’s barrister, Nicola Cain, argued that the portion of the dossier dealing with Gubarev, which came in weeks after Trump’s election and after Steele was no longer paid by his client for research, amounted to raw intelligence and was advertised as such. She did not return a call or email requests for comment.

Val Gurvits, an attorney leading the U.S. suit against BuzzFeed, dismissed the idea that Gubarev was just caught up in raw intelligence.

“The value of this document (dossier) is only if it is published,” said Gurvits. “It is absolutely of no value to anybody unless it is published. Slander is slander when you say it to one person.”

In a recent development in the U.S. lawsuit, BuzzFeed attorneys subpoenaed the former heads of the FBI, CIA and the Directorate of National Intelligence, seeking information about the dossier. Politico reported on June 30 that the demand for documents and testimony was aimed at learning the existence and scope of any federal investigation into Steele’s dossier.

Gubarev’s attorney hopes to soon put Steele under oath, particularly about how the accusations about XBT and Webzilla came about.

“I plan to take the necessary steps to depose him as an important witness to my case,” Guvarits said, dismissing the chances of a settlement. “We have not had any serious settlement discussions in quite some time. My client certainly wants to take the case to trial. He wants his reputation back.”

The British court document also confirmed that Washington research firm Fusion GPS, co-founded by former Wall Street Journal reporter Glenn Simpson, had been hired to conduct opposition research by one of Trump’s GOP primary opponents. Later, Democrats paid for the same research on Trump’s past and alleged Russian ties.

Fusion GPS contracted with Steele, who had once worked as an undercover spy in Moscow. The court document lifted a veil on Washington’s inner workings, with Steele laying out how Fusion briefed select reporters on the material for which it and Steele had been paid to gather.

“The journalists initially briefed at the end of September 2016 by the Second Defendant (Steele) and Fusion at Fusion’s instruction were from the New York Times, the Washington Post, Yahoo News, the New Yorker and CNN,” Steele’s lawyers said, adding that he “verbally and in person” briefed the first three organizations in mid-October and a reporter from Mother Jones via Skype.

These reporters were not shown the dossier, the lawyers noted, and received instead a “disclosure of limited intelligence regarding indications of Russian interference” in the campaign. The information was off the record, meaning it could be used for further research but not published nor attributed.

Simpson declined comment. Steele declined past attempts to discuss his dossier with

Kinky Texas Judge Suspended for Drugs and Sexting

Trying to bring down a black queen- that’s her defense. Watch.

Texas Supreme Court suspends Houston judge

accused of pill-popping, sexting

The Texas Supreme Court has suspended a Houston judge amid allegations she sexted while on the bench and used illegal drugs.

Harris County Justice of the Peace Hilary Green was suspended Friday without pay at the request of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

Records show Green, in response to the commission, acknowledged illegally obtaining prescription drugs, plus used marijuana. Green’s response also indicated she engaged in sexually explicit and drug-related texts with a bailiff.

The Houston Chronicle reported that it’s the first time any Texas judge has received a temporary suspension in at least a decade in a contested matter, the commission says.

The commission in May presented its more than 300-page investigation of alleged misconduct by Green as part of complaints against her since 2012. She’s served on the bench since 2007 and presided over low-level drug possession and similar cases.

An attorney for Green said he’s disappointed by the suspension and they’ll consider how to proceed.

The Chronicle reported that in her own filings to the Texas Supreme Court, Green maintained she had stopped abusing prescription cough syrup about three years ago, and had provided evidence of having passed several recent drug-screening tests.

Read the judicial commission report.

Many of the allegations made against Green to the commission came from her former lover Claude Barnes and her ex-husband Ronald Green.

Barnes alleged that that he consumed marijuana and Ecstasy with Green, according to the commission report. He also alleged that Green’s court officers took marijuana from a detainee in her courtroom and gave it to her. Barnes also alleged that he and Green paid for sex with prostitutes on two occasions.

Green in her responses to the commission inquiry indicated that she engaged in sexually explicit communication with her bailiff between Oct. 16, 2013, and March 25, 2014.

Man Imprisoned for Mailing Severed Finger to IRS

A better use of your finger for the IRS

Olympia man charged in mailing of severed

finger, fake bomb to IRS

An Olympia man who authorities say mailed one of his fingers to the IRS is now facing federal charges.

The Seattlepi.com reported Monday  that 68-year-old Normand Lariviere was charged with mailing a threat to injure after IRS workers in Ogden, Utah, discovered a package containing a fake bomb July 6.

Charging papers say he also sent his finger, a bullet and a marijuana joint to tax collectors in 2016.

Court documents say Lariviere has been upset with the IRS since he was laid off in the 1990s from his job as a civilian defense contractor.

He began filing grievances with federal agencies related to the Department of Defense, saying he shouldn’t have to pay taxes because the government hadn’t satisfied his claims.

Charging papers say Lariviere told investigators he made and sent the fake bomb. He remains jailed.

The hypocrisy of CNN: They Made The anti-CNN meme creator apologize.

I’m such a bitch

Donald Trump Jr. took to Twitter to point out the hypocrisy that CNN has displayed in the #CNNBlackmail scandal.

Donald Trump Jr. weighed in on the scandal surrounding a report from CNN journalist Andrew Kaczynski about the creator of an anti-CNN meme. Trump Jr. retweeted political blogger Omri Ceren’s post which pointed out that CNN has relied on anonymous sources, who they have staunchly defended and refused to name, for the majority of their claims relating to possible ties between President Donald Trump and Russia.

“CNN reporters now going after anonymity,” Ceren said in his tweet. “CNN has relied on [anonymous] sources for dozens of nonsense Trump/Russia stories, [including] retracted stories.”

The president’s son retweeted Ceren, adding, “Interesting point…Seems they want the best of both ways as always #CNNBlackmail.”

I can’t stand the truth

CNN has come under fire after it was revealed that the news network discovered the identity of a Reddit user that created a gif of Trump wrestling CNN to the ground. The news agency stated in their article that the Reddit user had apologized and agreed not to post any more content to social media but declared, “CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.”

Soon after, #CNNBlackmail trended on Twitter as users interpreted CNN’s statement as a possible threat to out an anonymous meme creator.

Obama Says “I Believe Deeply that the Liberal International Order” On 4th Of July Weekend

If Obama Had A Brother This Would Be Him

Former President Barack Obama is traveling abroad with his wife and daughters, but the family isn’t exactly vacationing.

On Monday, Obama spoke at the Asian Leadership Conference in Seoul and met with President Moon Jae-in — just days after the leader met with President Donald Trump at the White House.

“President Moon Jae-in renewed his resolve to pursue sanctions and dialogue to tackle North Korea’s nuclear program during a meeting with former U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday, saying now is the ‘last chance’ for the regime to return to the negotiating table,” the Korea Herald reported.

This Is How A Traitor Looks

“During the 40-minute talk, Moon shared the results of his recent summit with his incumbent U.S. counterpart Donald Trump, asking for Obama’s advice on ways to advance the relationship,” the Korea Herald reported.

“President Trump and I agreed to continue to apply sanctions and pressure to resolve the North’s nuclear and missile issues, while pursuing dialogue in parallel,” Moon said, according to his press secretary Yoon Young-chan.

Trump has slammed Obama’s foreign policy stance on North Korea’s military aggression, saying the era of “strategic patience” with the Communist regime is over.

Trump also said the U.S. and South Korea have a “very, very strong and solid plan” to deal with North Korea.

At the conference, where Obama met with his “old friend,” former President Lee Myung-bak, the former president took a jab at Trump over his decision to remove the U.S. from the Paris climate change agreement and expressed his belief in an “international order.”

“In Paris, we came together around the most ambitious agreement in history to fight climate change — an agreement that, even with the temporary absence of American leadership, will still give our children a fighting chance,” Obama said.

“Democracy is hard,” Obama said. “Progress does not move in a straight line. Its gains are often fragile.”

“But the future does not favor the strongman,” Obama said. “I believe deeply that the liberal international order; order based not just on military power or national affiliations, but on principles — the rule of law, human rights and individual freedoms — is the only choice.”

Maxine Waters Afraid 700 Billion People Are About to Lose Their Healthcare Because Of GOP

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), a leader of the “resistance,” hasn’t been doing too well lately. She told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes that, if the Republican healthcare bill is passed, “700 billion” people will lose health access. Keep in mind that our planet has about 7.3 billion people living on it. We knew the GOP proposal was ambitious, but not quite that ambitious! Maybe there should be an ongoing senility test for congresspeople?
