Big Tish James is calling the investigation int her mortgage fraud “baseless”.
Someone might want to ask her why does the documents say she married her father?
Leticia James ran on getting Trump and she was willing to lie and massage the law to do it.
She found an inbred Judge named Arthur Engoron who hates Trump. Some jock in high school must have picked on him who looks like Trump.
But the cases against big Tish is this:
· Virginia home was listed in 2023 as her primary residence. Her official residence in in Clinton Hill a neighborhood in north-central Brooklyn. It is believed that she did this to obtain a better mortgage rate.
· Big Tish listed a five-unit Brooklyn brownstone as a four-unit property to qualify for a loan intended for smaller multifamily homes.
· In 1983 Letitia James stated in a mortgage document that she was married to her father. She also listed this on another document in the year 2000.
Experts are saying that all of this may lead to charges of wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, and making false statements to financial institutions. But we will see if the legal system really believe that no one is against the law.
