Morgan Summerlin, 25, would take her girls – aged five and six- to the homes of men where they’d be sexually abused in exchange for cash
A mum who allowed men to rape and molest her two young daughters blew kisses to family members as she was jailed for 20 years.
Morgan Summerlin, 25, would take her girls – aged five and six- to the homes of men where they’d be sexually abused in exchange for cash.
Summerlin admitted first degree cruelty to children, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, and enticing a child for indecent purposes in May.
Here is the skank blowing kisses after being sentenced.
She has now been sentenced to 20 years behind bars with another 10 on probation. Prosecutors said the mum will not be eligible for parole, USA Today reports.
As she was led out of the courtroom on Monday, Summerlin waved and blew kisses to relatives watching the sentencing.
The children are now in the care of a family member.
They had told police their mum would take them to men’s homes where they’d be molested and raped.
They said she took them to 78-year-old Richard Office’s house, who touched them inappropriately and raped one of them, Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Georgia, US, told.
The sisters called Office ‘Pop,’ and he paid them $100 (£73.72) which they gave to their mother.
They knew him as a man who would give their mum drugs, Fulton County District Attorney’s Office said.
The girls said that in 2017 Office took them to his bedroom where he sexually abused them while their mum waited in the living room.
Office was convicted of rape, child molestation, sexual battery, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and trafficking a person for sexual servitude.
He is serving a life sentence in prison with no possibility of parole, and 146 years to run concurrently.
On another occasion, Summerlin took the kids to Alfredo Trejo’s house, who raped and molested them.
He also have them cash – which they passed on to their mum, WSVN reports.
Trejo was also convicted of rape, child molestation, sexual battery, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and trafficking a person for sexual servitude.
He is serving 25 years in prison, followed by life on probation.
The victims’ grandmother, Teresa Davidson, also previously pleaded guilty to cruelty to children (second degree) for failing to protect the sisters after they told her they were being sexually abused.
“She was sentenced to five years to serve one commuted to the time that she had already served, with the balance on probation,” the Attorney’s Office said.
After Summerlin pleaded guilty, Chief Senior Assitant District Attorney Irina Khasin said: “It is difficult to imagine facts that are more horrific than those found in this case.
“I am hoping these two little girls can somehow survive this abuse and grow into healthy adults who can lead a productive and fulfilling life.”
Twitter is allowing dozens of pedophiles to use the social network and promote their pro-pedophile messages, focusing its time instead on banning conservatives and cracking down on “hate speech.”
In a series of posts, Saturday, one anonymous Twitter account documented the dozens of pedophiles openly using the social network. Breitbart Tech confirmed the listed accounts on Twitter.
Over 50 accounts which openly described themselves either as pedophiles or MAPs, an acronym for Minor-Attracted Persons, were listed — some of which have been active on Twitter since 2012.
One account, named Virtuous Pedophiles, described itself as an account for “pedophiles against adult-child sex,” while another user described himself as a “50ish year old anti-contact paedophile.”
This is the sick metrosexual CEO of twitter.
“howdy, i’m davey,” declared one user in his bio. “i’m attracted to boys 4+.”
“I’m out to around 15 ppl and all of them love me and no-one was aggressive or disrespectful,” claimed another self-proclaimed “anti-contact pedophile,” who used an image of a young boy as his profile picture. “My friends are even better friends now.”
A more recently-created account, which has made over 1,000 posts since its creation in October, posted, “MAPs have every right to talk (including, yes, on public blogs) about their fantasies, sexual and romantic, as long as sexually explicit material is hidden from children. It’s not bad or disrespectful to talk about people you think are cute.”
“I agree we have the right to do it. Whether we should or not is another matter,” replied an account claiming to be Todd Nickerson, the infamous “virtuous pedophile” who previously wrote several articles for Salon, including, “I’m a pedophile, but not a monster,” and “I’m a pedophile, you’re the monsters: My week inside the vile right-wing hate machine.”
Salon later deleted Nickerson’s articles, blaming them on “old management.”
Other accounts discovered included a user who has been on the platform for six years, and described himself as “sexually and emotionally attracted to children,” and a user which spoke about being attracted to her cousin.
“So recently I saw one of my cousins who has been in my AoA [Age of Attraction], but hasn’t really been my type,” the user expressed. “Turns out she just needed to change a little bit, because she was certainly my type when I saw her.”
Twitter’s pedophile problem has previously been reported on by news outlets, including the Daily Mail, the Sun, and Vice News, however many of the previously reported accounts remain on the social network, with Twitter deciding to take no action unless the accounts explicitly engage in “child sexual exploitation.”
In 2017, British MPs from both the Labour Party and the Conservative Party called on Twitter to take action against pedophiles on its social network — a call Twitter has decided to ignore, focusing instead on the blacklisting of conservatives and libertarians.
A long-time businessman in Stockton, California, Lyle Burgess, pleaded no contest to a charge of statutory rape of a 5-year-old. His punishment: 90 days of house arrest and five years of information probation, KTXL-TV reported.
About The Sentence
To make matters even worse, the 79-year-old does not have to register as a sex offender.
“A 5-6-year-old little girl was molested. Normally the sentence is state prison and then when you’re released, you have to register as a sex offender,” family attorney Ken Meleyco said. “He’s obviously very wealthy and it’s just an example of how the wealthy people, time and time again, escape the penalty for what they did.”
“It is just appalling that somebody commits an offense like this and you have protections like 290 (failure to register as a sex offender) and Jessica’s Law and someone has the propensity to harm children and now nobody is warned,” Davenport told The Stockton Record.
According to Burgess’ attorney, Gregory Davenport, the family is doing this with an agenda in mind.
“I believe the allegations are motivated by greed,” Davenport told The Stockton Record. “They are using this instance to try to gain financially.”
About The Assault
The rape in question allegedly took place in 2016 when Burgess — a trusted family friend and someone who knew the dad for more than two decades — invited the family to his cabin in Calaveras County, The Sacramento Bee reported.
“They trusted this man, he was a family friend, and he took advantage of them,” Meleyco told KMOV-TV.
Meleyco says the now 7-year-old is not doing very well. “She’s showing all the symptoms of somebody who’s been molested. She’s in counseling, and she’s gonna be in counseling all her life.”
The Stockton Record details the parents’ testimony:
“I’m incredibly disgusted by his behavior and continuously disgusted by his lies,” she said before describing his sentence as “getting off so easy” and not registering as a sex offender.
“I want other kids to be protected by possible future abuse by this man,” she said.
The victim’s father, who has known Burgess for more than two decades, said: “I don’t have too many prized possessions in this world other than my family. (My daughter) will remember this the rest of her life. She sleeps on the floor outside our room.”
San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Ron Northup told the parents that their testimony makes an impact but, because the please was negotiated, “courts are somewhat limited” in how they sentence a case.
The Calls For Investigation
Now, a petition has surfaced, urging investigators to look into why Burgess’ sentence was “so lenient.”
Lyle Burgess, a wealthy man who lives in Stockton, sexaully [sic] assaulted a five year old girl. He was sentenced by San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Ron Northup to either 90 days in an alternative-work program or in-home detention plus five years of informal probation! He doesn’t even have to register as a sex offender! House arrest and probation?! How does this happen?
This child deserves justice! She deserves to know that people care enough to make sure this man can never hurt her or any other child again! She will have to deal with this for the rest of her life, and her abuser is basically getting a slap on the wrist.
Please sign and share this petition! Put pressure on the people who can investigate why his sentence is so lenient. Maybe there is a way he can be re-sentenced. Thank you!
The petition currently has 148 signatures at the time of publishing.
Remember that This Transgender Called Will Smith Out For Being Gay?
Will Smith delved into politics at a press event for his latest filmBright this week, calling the country’s current political environment a “natural reaction” to what he described as the more favorable years of Barack Obama’s presidency.
The 49-year-old actor — who has previously teased a future run for public office himself — did not mention President Donald Trump by name but speculated about the country’s future during Wednesday’s event in Beverly Hills for Netflix’s Bright, a dystopian police thriller directed by David Ayer that reportedly cost the streaming service $90 million.
“This is the purge, right?” Smith said, according to Indiewire. “This is the cleanse, this is what happens. This is the natural reaction to the amount of light that came into the world when Barack Obama was the president.”
“We had to expect that [the pendulum] was going to go the other way,” he added. “As a cleanse – this is the darkness before the dawn.”
The actor went on to add that he believes the current political climate will reveal “what the next age of humanity” will be going forward.
“It’s going to be really interesting to see how humanity reacts to it, and it’s going to be a f**king mess. It’s going to be a mess, but it’s the mess in the cleanup,” he said. “It’s the mess and the purge before that new, real light shows up.”
Smith — who plays a police officer tasked with tracking down a powerful weapon in a world in which humans live alongside mystical creatures in his latest film — has become increasingly politically outspoken in the last few years, in accordance with Trump’s own political rise.
As far back as December of 2015, Smith had said that “crazy” discussion surrounding Trump’s policy proposals, including building a security wall on the southern border, had made him consider his own run for office.
“If people keep saying all the crazy kinds of stuff they’ve been saying on the news lately about walls and Muslims, they’re going to force me into the political arena,” he said in an interview with CBS.
In August of last year, shortly before the election, Smith said Trump’s political rise had the benefit of allowing a “cleanse” of his ideology from the country.
“As painful as it is to hear Donald Trump talk and as embarrassing as it is as an American to hear him talk, I think it’s good,” Smith said then, according to the Associated Press. “We get to know who people are and now we get to cleanse it out of our country.”
Bright is due out December 22 on Netflix and in select theaters.
A Louisville man admitted to police that his actions killed his 3-month-old son.
Cody Bates is charged with murder for the June death of his baby boy.
In an interview with police not long after the boy died, Bates changed his story several times.
At first, he said the baby fell of the couch while he was sleeping with him at their home on Jessica Allen Drive.
When investigators told him his story did not add up and was not consistent with the brain bleeds and skull fractures doctors found, Bates changed his story again.
“I was standing right about the middle of the table. I flung him over and he missed this thing and actually hit the floor right there with his head up,” Bates said during an interview with police.
Bates said the boy would not stop crying and he was overwhelmed.
“I was just tired. I over-slung my son. Now I don’t even have my best friend anymore,” Bates said.
The man cried several times after giving his final account of what happened, but in the police car on the way to the interview he was more calm. He mentioned that his son’s death would allow he and the boy’s mother more freedom.
“She’s going to go back to school for nursing and all that. I mean, I hate to say it, but I mean now would probably be a better time now that we just lost our son,” he said.
When Bates realized he was going to be charged with murder, he once again broke down in the interview room.
“I’m going to go to jail. I’m going to lose my job. I’m going to lose her. I’m going to lose everything,” he said.
Bates is not allowed to have any contact with the family of his son’s mother.
A Missouri man has been charged with statutory sodomy of a 1-year-old he was babysitting.
Jayson Newlun, 26, has been charged with taking advantage of a little girl he was babysitting.
Probable cause documents in this case show that Newlun was a family friend of parents with a 1-year-old girl.
Newlun stayed at the family’s home the night of June 29th.
Documents show that on June 30th, the parents left the 1-year-old girl, who was napping, in the care of Newlun while they went to the store.
After arriving at the store, the mother realized she’d left her WIC folder at home — and they returned to retrieve it.
Went they got home, the child’s mother noticed Newlun was not on the couch anymore, and her daughter’s bedroom door was open. The mother walked in and said she saw Newlun take an inappropriate photo of her child before touching the little girl’s genitals while masturbating himself.
The mother ran and got her husband who immediately confronted Newlun.
Court documents state Newlun screamed before he was tackled by the girl’s father. The father reportedly hit Newlun with a dresser drawer and punched him several times.
A neighbor stepped in and stopped the father from attacking Newlun.
The mother told police while she was waiting for officers to arrive, she asked him why he would do something like this. He told her he didn’t know. She reportedly told him “I hope you go down for this.” He replied “I do, too.”
Family members told police they had only been gone for five or ten minutes.
Newlun was detained and taken to the Clay County Detention Center.
