Judicial Watch Emails Released: Clinton And Huma Had An Affair?

More emails from secretspyshit.com Hildabeast

Conservative wachdog Judicial Watch today released another 1,184 pages of State Department records, including previously unreleased Hillary Clinton email exchanges which according to the legal organization revealed “additional instances of Abedin and Hillary Clinton sending classified information through unsecured email accounts and contributors being given special access to the former secretary of state.”

The records contain 29 previously undisclosed Clinton emails – of a total of which is now at least 288 emails that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department. This further appears to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department. Two of these emails are now available on the State Department’s website.

In one notable email exchange from February 23, 2010, ambassador and long-time friend to Hillary Clinton sought to map out her – and Bill Clinton’s – funerals in 2010 because “planning is best done when they are still with us.”

Capricia Marshall, who was chief of protocol for the State Department when Hillary Clinton served as secretary of state, wrote to Huma Abedin, Doug Band and Cheryl Mills on Feb. 23, 2010, saying “everytime someone significant passes, I am flooded with requests” about the Clintons’ arrangements.

“Planning is necessary and best done when they are still with us,” she wrote to top Clinton aide Abedin.

“As well, Hum – I would make the same suggestion to you – for her it will be a little different … And once affirmed it will be very hard for someone to deny the type of ceremony she wanted — as well I understand that the President can request certain arrangements for her that she/her rep cannot (ie if you want the motorcade to go through DC — stop somewhere),” Marshall wrote.

She told the aides she needed to contact the military to prepare for the funerals — “as Protocol has a lot to do with planning, notification etc.”

Another email exchange between Abedin and Doug Band revealed tension between Clinton’s top personal aide and the former secretary of state’s chief of staff, Cheryl Mills. The rift was revealed when Chelsea Clinton asked Band if he could arrange a White House tour for a female Haitian-American sailor from the USS Comfort.

“I don’t want to get cross wise with cdm [Cheryl Mills] on anything Haiti related,” Abedin replied. Three minutes later she wrote again. “HAVE YOU MET CHERYL MILLS,” Abedin asked in all caps about Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff when she was secretary of state. “You have no idea.”

Band replied, “Good point.”

“She will kill the tour if she find out i set it up …,” Abedin wrote back. “Wow,” Band replied.

Among the other emails, is a February 2010 exchange in which Jake Sullivan, then-Deputy Chief of Staff to Clinton, sent to Clinton’s and Abedin’s unsecure email accounts information that the State Department has classified as the material includes information “to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign policy; foreign relations or foreign activities of the US, including confidential sources.” The redacted information concerns “former GTMO [Guantanamo] detainee Binyam Mohamed” and Mohamed’s request for “various classified intelligence documents” that contained U.S. intelligence information related to his detention before he was taken to Guantanamo.

In other emails, Clinton’s “final” schedules with specific details concerning her whereabouts were transmitted by Lona Valmoro to the unsecure emails accounts of Clinton Foundation officials Doug Band, Terry Krivnic Margaret Steenberg and others, and forwarded to Abedin’s unsecure email account.

In April 2010, Sid Blumenthal sent two email memos to Clinton containing information now classified.  Clinton forwarded this material to Abedin’s unsecure email account. The classified information, which Clinton asks Abedin to print off for her, concerns the change of government in the Kyrgyz Republic.

In a statement by Tom Fitton, the Judicial Watch President said that “these emails are yet more evidence of Hillary Clinton’s casual and repeated violations of laws relating to the handling of classified information. The Justice Department should finally begin an independent investigation into the Clinton email matter.” But why, when every day there is a new daily dose of dripping red meat – or rather make that Russian salad – involving Trump’s ties to Putin to keep the media and authorities more than busy with constant speculation that Trump is a Kremlin spy.

Crazy Woman Tries to Mow Down Officers Near Capitol

Another lunatic in the Capitol

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A woman was arrested near the U.S. Capitol in Washington after police said she drove erratically, crashed into another vehicle and tried to run over officers on Wednesday.

No one was hurt during the morning commotion, during which police fired shots, and the incident did not appear related to terrorism, Capitol Police spokeswoman Eva Malecki told reporters.

“Although preliminary, this incident appears criminal in nature with no nexus to terrorism,” Malecki said at a news conference.

The events came a week after five people were killed and about 40 injured in London, when a car plowed into pedestrians near Britain’s parliament and the suspected militant Islamist-inspired attacker stabbed a police officer.

The drama near the Capitol began after officers attempted a traffic stop for an erratic driver. The woman made a U-turn and drove away, nearly hitting officers and striking at least one other vehicle, Malecki said.

When police stopped the car after a brief pursuit, they fired shots as they tried to arrest the suspect, Malecki said. She declined to say why officers opened fire, noting the incident remains under investigation.

The woman has not been identified.

As the incident unfolded, a Reuters reporter saw two Capitol Police officers running down the western side of Capitol Hill holding assault rifles.

Operations inside the white-domed Capitol appeared normal however. Tourists filed through the Capitol Rotunda, and the U.S. Senate opened its session with Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell urging confirmation for Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court.

After the incident, television footage showed officers and police vehicles surrounding a dark-colored sedan blocked off by police tape.

In 2013, Capitol Police shot and killed the driver of a car carrying a 1-year-old girl after a chase from near the White House to the Capitol.

Paul Ryan is a Dick. More Invasions Into Internet Privacy. Inexcusable.

Yeah. Dumb enough to believe that I have privacy online. Badass me.

House pulls the plug on internet privacy rules

Consumer advocates say this means broadband providers will sell your browsing history to the highest bidder. Industry groups say it preserves competition.

Broadband providers won’t have to get your permission before sharing your web browsing history and other personal data with marketers thanks to a vote Tuesday on Capitol Hill.

Republicans in the US House of Representatives approved a resolution that prevents privacy rules passed by the FCC last year from taking effect. The vote was 215 in favor and 205 opposing the measure.

The Senate voted on Thursday to adopt the resolution to nullify the rules. All that’s left now is for President Donald Trump to sign the order. Earlier Tuesday, the White House said he plans to sign it.

This will essentially repeal the Obama-era regulation passed in October days before Trump was elected. These rules would have required broadband companies to get their customers’ permission before they sell “sensitive” information about their web browsing activity, app usage or whereabouts to marketers. Because Republicans used the Congressional Review Act — a tool that enables lawmakers to expedite bills to reverse recent regulations — it also prohibits the Federal Communications Commission from adopting similar rules in the future.

Why should you care?

Proponents of the rules, like consumer advocacy groups, say this is bad news because the rules protect your privacy. Without these regulations, these groups say that broadband providers will be able to sell information about where you’ve been online, what you’re buying, the apps you’re using, and where you’re located to marketers and other third parties, like insurance companies.

“ISPs like Comcast, AT&T and Charter will be free to sell your personal information to the highest bidder without your permission — and no one will be able to protect you,” Gigi Sohn, an adviser to former FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, wrote in an op-ed Tuesday. Wheeler championed the privacy rules.

Meanwhile, internet service providers say the regulations are too strict and unfairly single out broadband providers, because they require broadband companies to adhere to a more stringent privacy requirement than internet companies must follow. They say the rules are burdensome and will stifle competition, driving up prices.

“The FCC’s flawed broadband privacy rules will have a chilling effect on internet innovation and competition,” said Gary Shapiro, head of the Consumer Technology Association.

Instead, these groups say that broadband companies should follow the same privacy guidelines as internet companies, like Facebook and Google. They follow rules established by the Federal Trade Communication, which only requires companies offer consumers the opportunity to opt out of such data sharing. Industry groups argue having two sets of rules gives internet companies a competitive leg up.

For broadband companies the stakes are high. These companies are looking to expand their businesses and offer marketers more targeted advertising, and they want to use the personal information they collect from their customers to do it. The nation’s largest broadband companies — AT&T, Comcast and Verizon — have each made acquisitions in an effort to build their digital content holdings. That makes them not only the companies that provide a broadband pipe into your home, but also ones whose own content rides that network.

The vote, which has been highly politicized, fell along party lines. It’s part of a GOP effort to eliminate several regulations issued during President Barack Obama’s final months in office. And it comes just days after Trump’s plan to repeal and replace Obama’s health care law failed. Trump has already signed several resolutions under the Congressional Review Act to repeal regulations, including two related to education and one concerning the environment.

FCC Chairman Ajit Pai, who voted against the rules when he was a commissioner before being appointed chairman in January, had already put the brakes on the rollout of the rules. In February, the FCC voted to hold off implementing the rules until challenges to them could be assessed.

California Judge Says Enforcing Law Is Against the Rule of Law. HUH?

These people don’t make any damned sense

Since when is moving to another country against the law? And since when do we enforce the laws we have on the books? I thought I knew, but I’m not a judge like this lady is, so I guess I was wrong.

Tani Cantil-Sakauye, California’s chief justice, is fast emerging as one of the Trump administration’s most vocal critics in the judiciary…

Cantil-Sakauye used her annual State of the Judiciary address to argue that the rule of law was being “challenged” amid the administration’s immigration crackdown.

Without mentioning Trump by name, she told the state’s lawmakers that “the rule of law means that we as a people are governed by laws and rules, and not by a monarch.”

Got that? If you move to another country illegally, and that country tries to make you leave, that’s a challenge to the rule of law.

You see, “rule of law” means we can only enforce the laws that Tani Cantil-Sakauye wants to enforce, in the exact manner she wants to enforce them. She’s the one who decides, because she’s not a monarch.

And the last place our laws should be enforced is anywhere near a courthouse. Come on, people. This is America!

Stop challenging the rule of law by enforcing the law. Tani Cantil-Sakauye has spoken.

Twitter Says Thumbs Up to ‘Nigger’ But Thumbs Down to Porn

First Amendment only applies to racists on Twitter.

Twitter has upped its censorship game and is now blocking certain terms from showing up on the platform’s built-in search engine. The added filters are part of the company’s plans to reduce harassment on the service. Some of these filters were deployed earlier this month when users were given the option to mute certain types of accounts.

As with previous efforts to convert Twitter into a “safe space,” free from wrongthink and uncomfortable opinions, the company that once branded itself as the “free speech wing of the free speech party” has offered little transparency on the terms it filters out of its search engine. Furthermore, it’s enabled by default—and the settings to disable “safe search” are hidden away on the Search page, so you won’t find them with the rest of your account preferences.

Users on the platform were quick to discover how looking up certain terms returned zero results. Examples of prohibited terms include “porn,” “BDSM,” “sex,” and “kink.” Other censored words include “hentai,” and “nsfw”—neither of which show up in the search results. Curiously, racial slurs like the n-word and terms like “jihad” still show up unfiltered.

Over the weekend, the terms “marijuana” and “cannabis” were also filtered out out the search engine. But complaints may have prompted the platform to uncensor the term, as it now shows up.

The filtering system doesn’t even work as its developers intended—sensitive terms are filtered out on the “Latest” tab, but you’ll still find some of them in the “Top” tab. Twitter’s censorship is confusing and lacks the transparency necessary to be useful to users.

Twitter is well within its rights to implement “safety” features, but so far, they’ve only hurt usability.
